Just coming off the ketogenic diet for a week I was in desperate need of some carbs! With that said, I decided to follow IFBB Pro Greg Doucette's one day out high carb refeed day before his show.
Throughout this full day of eating, Greg lists everything he typically consumes in a day. TONS of rice, rice cakes, fries, chocolate bars and cereal! I cleared 1,000 grams of carbs easy!
Not only did I do the eating, I also got a posing lesson from an IFBB Pro Renaldo Gairy. In the video we talk about the importance of posing as well as go over some of the mandatory poses the judges will require if you're looking to compete.
