I did the math. With Haven and Veteran 3 as well as the DR from the soul harvest card, you effective have 14,297 health (if we convert DR to extra health because they're pretty much interchangable in this context)
Ooohh thank you Andrew, I for one LOVE playing Raum especially since people do really underestimate what a good off tank one can do, so seeing him being able to be TANKY and dmg, means I get to have a lot of fun with the enemy supports 🌚
Paladins has easiIy one of the worst bots in video games. When they will shut down this game (multiplayer wise).. you can't even pIay it for some nostalgia's sake.. cuz the bots are horribIe. Let's take a random example.. I still have Red Alert 2 Eagle Red on a disc. I can still play that game vs bots (cuz bots are quite good on higher difficultIy). / Playing vs bots in PaIadins (and without trying to do quests) it's rather a waste of time and with n o fun.
unlikely i would say sometimes, but OFTEN times the game just crashes so hard you might just need to reboot your pc. its rough but it isnt the player's fault often times, the servers are hot garbage. Not that i have to tell that to any paladins player
@@theofficialassmob true but as a paladin switch player I'm glad of one thing and one thing only that it doesn't require Nintendo switch online because if it did the servers that are already hot garbage would be unplayable and it would be super fucking sad
@@CodyTheBlackChickenSubscribe i kinda quit the game recently, got around 2500 hours in it (been playing since its release on steam) got to GM for whatever reason. But now, even worse than its ever been, there is very few reasons for me to play casually or most importantly ranked. the same number of crashes for my teammates or my enemies renders every game to a stomp on my side or vice versa. Ridiculous
sadly, Veteran is still a bad item, tbh Compared to Haven, it has literally no advantages other than being 50/100/150 credits cheaper.. Consider this: Veteran Gives 4|8|12% extra HP Haven gives 6|12|18% Global damage resistance aka *Effective HP* Numbers speak for themselves, Unless you have so much damage resistance that haven gets severe diminishing returns, its just a poor mans haven, especially if you consider it makes you weaker to %HP based attacks, and just makes you feed more, 10.360 HP raum looks appealing with vet 3 Until you realize that on Haven 3 you have 11.280 Effective HP you just cant see it They need to buff veteran
Ive been saying it from the beginning as well, and many others too. Veteran now exists only to be combined with haven after maxing it out. It doesnt need a buff, but a rework.

One advantage of veteren is that healers can heal you up further, unlike haven. Also, why not just buy both? I do admit that haven is a better item than veteren, but that doesn't make veteren bad.
People crash when they don't play on their servers with no specific reason and the problem is some people doesn't have servers like middle east players , they play on EU and Australia , and they suffer from high ping and crashes
And BTW its not internet problems or PC specs , because I'm one of these players who are crashing , I have a high end PC and an amazing 850mb internet , which makes the servers the only reason for crashing
Fun fact: tyra is the ONLY non tank champion that has 2,4k hp(as opposed to 2,2k), making her able to reach nearly 3k hp with veteran+cards the same as torvald.
I've had tons of instances where the game freezes for a bit after character selection, looks like it almost loaded in, and then kicks you back to the main screen with no chance to rejoin that match. It's usually due to poor interest connection, I believe, which is compounded by Paladins' already poor servers
If you have good(and stable) internet connection, all this problems dissapear, and anyone can test it and verify. I tested this many times when i relocated
@@pomidorboic6964 That doesn't help if your internet is still bad. Internet is bad in my whole area, not just my computer. It should actually be getting better soon though, which is nice
The problem with crashes nowadays is you rarely get back in the match that you were in. You just end up in the main menu and when that match is over there is a chance for you to finish another game only for you be be met with cannot reque deserter ban for an hour.
@@magythemage If they adjusted the numbers (and made it reset at death) it actually could have been a neat addition to her kit. Max it at ~8k and require her to actually eat the enemy. It could even transfer a percentage of the enemy's health to encourage her to use it for high HP enemies.
The reason why every second game there's a bot in our games is because if they notice their team isn't perfect, they instantly leave. Also the servers are worse than ever and I for example crash every game because of Paladins. It's not my internet connection or Pc, it is the game. My friend, who has the best connection and a NASA-Pc crashes too, so this game sucks a lot at the moment xdd
