i did 10000 boxing punch, next i hit the bag for 15 min 1 min hard and 30 second rest . after that 10 burpees five time and i finished the workout . that was haaaaard ,i'm shaking a little.... thank you very much best coach ! (survived coronavirus 20 days ago )

hello coach, I have done this workout a few times but today I tried something different. today I did 6000 punches with 1 kg weight and the other 4000 without weight. that was a really good workout. I feel more loose in my arms. thanks for the workout.

So I saw this video about 2 weeks ago and I thought "oh man!". I have been following your channel for years and I love it. I was in my early 30s and 50 pounds overweight. I was looking for something to get me motivated and I found your channel, loved the videos so much I ordered a heavybag and stand, and gloves, lots of gloves over the years. Since then I am now in my late 30s and I am just completed your challenge video. For me, my back muscles started acting stiff and sore around the 8k punch mark. But I was too close to call it quits lol. Thanks for all the great videos as well as your great app. They have helped me a ton.
I did 2,000 in the morning and 2,000 in the evening each day until I unlocked that sweet precision medal! Gonna repeat this routine everyday from now on!

Absolutely love these workouts! I did 5,000 first day then 5,000 the next day. I think the way it's set out is perfect, I can't wait to be able to do the 10,000 in one go.
The Great part is that you can accelerate the video if you manage to complete the video normally. Goal: 2 times speed Edit: I started at 1'25 speed until 2000 punches, had to change to normal speed. But on the rest of the sets I did at a higher speed (3 or 4 punches per number he talked) to compensate.
Just went for it straight. I started to overthink it at bronze then when you said cut it down I stopped thinking...now I'm starving. Great challenge thank you!
I went for the 10000 right away, honestly as a newbie having been able to finish it all is just amazing but I do have to say pacing is definitely the most important part of this workout Update: Woke up the morning after the workout and my back and shoulders are quite stiff, guess I gotta take it easy on today's training
I did this yesterday. I got to 4000 and decided to stop just to be safe. I wore some light weight hand weights to approximately the 1000 punch mark. I'm HURTING this morning. LOL Thanks for video.

today i finished it for the first time with 2 kg dumbells. It took me 7 weeks to build into the 10 000. The most challenging is to get past round 2 or 3 where on the straight pumches my arms would star burninf lot around the 40 count. Then i would relax and focus on throwing from thr back shoulder and front shoulder instead of the arm. Also taking deep breaths every 10 counts or so while pumoing the arms out was crucial. Great conditioning drill. With it I almost never get tired when doing heavy bag and padwork. Once a week after a rest day its golden!
I have skipped it at first thinking, yeah whatever. Came back to it on double end ball. Did it in 2 goes. My accuracy increased like hell even after 2 sessions! Thanks Jason! Legend for putting videos like this up.
That was awesome I finished the whole thing in one go ! I think I took it as a marathon, tried to keep a steady pace but when I get bored I spice it up in the free style. So freaking rewarding I feel like i can do anything now thank you coach!

Thank you coach! I did the 2.000 yesterday as a warmup for my workout. Will go for the 10.000 with gloves on the weekend! I think it's a really good workout. I only have one question: for throwing the hooks, the counting is a little too fast for me and I have trouble resetting to guard before throwing the next punch. Wouldn't it be better to be able to pull back the hand to have the guard up before throwing each punch? If I do that with the current counting speed it feels like I can't execute the whole motion of the hook. I'm very amateur in this sport, so maybe I'm wrong with this, but I wanted to express this idea and see what you think. Thanks again for this awesome content!!
