After a third battle with Covid, I have struggled to get back in shape. I decided to commit to 10,000 steps each day for 30 days. I hope by sharing my journey that you might be inspired to join me. Do whatever you can and stick with it the first week. Gradually increase and see what you can achieve! Let me know if you will be joining the challenge. Make the distance your own.
