Thanks for the tips! I saw that in a couple of other videos. I think it was a lady with the last name of Mitich who explained it the best for me to understand. She had her labs tested both regularly and in greater depth than most doctors offices who bother with. Her panel included subcategories of low density lipoproteins.

@LionessHiker Hoping for great success for you. Incidentally, I was one of the people mentioning Castor oil a couple weeks back. Was just in the context of some positives I'd heard about using Castor oil therapeutically for eyes, topically!

Me too! I am just betting he is keto himself. I plan to ask him next time before surgery.

Thanks for watching and your comments. Yes, my eye surgeon being on board with the change in my diet was a big emotional booster. I love pemmican. You might try making another batch without salt then reward the last batch in a double boiler and mix with the new batch. It would dilute the salt and you won’t have to dump the first batch!

Hi! I am so happy for you to be able to fly again! How exciting! I have numerous food allergies and sensitivities to many additives and preservatives in plant based foods. A meat only diet is an elimination diet. I am not being exposed to any glyphosate. I was breathing in from Roundup being sprayed in the fields. A friend who lived in a similar situation is now dead from lymphoma. I was fortunate to cut out all sugars which are highly inflammatory and discovered fasting and daily walks as a way to improve my health. I went from 199 lbs. to 155. I still had numerous health issues (autoimmune and arthritis) and I regained ten pounds. I discovered ozone therapy and it decreased my pain so I was able to exercise more. But nothing I have done has compared to eating only meat. I stopped snoring and started sleeping - long term insomnia and narcolepsy - gone! I have energy and have doubled my walking distance to 5 miles per day.

@@LionessHikerThe food I ate to cure my blindness had no additives or preservatives. It doesn't come in a box. Sounds like you have some serious issues, hope you continue to improve.
