Where can I get the software update for mine. I have 2013 E350 sedan. I've had the unit for about 8 months now.

Was the canbus / decoder box removed completely? Or, was it removed for installation purposes?

Can you use the MB built-in GPS or only the Road Top external?

My CarPlay and only CarPlay messes up every time I hit a bump on the road. If I wanted to check that wire, would it be in the middle of the big harness or on its own?

The location of the GPS is not looking nice. Is it needed ? If my car has a factory GPS do I still need it ? If I am using google map do I still have to install your GPS ?

I did not just install my screen and it Worked for 1 hour. Then Screen started to flash. And it does 2-3 flash in second. What going on ? When im in ntg 4.5 everything works

Hi, I bought from Road Top this same item for my Mercedes C Class W204 from 2008. Road Top customer assistance through the platform where I bought the item has been horrible, taking too long and being unable to help me... The whatsapp number from customer service is not available anymore, nobody will answer... I've installed everything but in the NTG Menu I get always "No Signal" and I am not able to see the original screens. I've tried all the Display resolutions. Can you please help me?

I’ve yet to get a response on whatsapp. I’m having trouble getting audio. This video mentions nothing about the fiber optic connection needed. Which my ‘14 E350 is missing apparently. I bought a fiber optic loop from Amazon but it does not fit. How do I get in contact with you company, since I have not gotten a response in over a week.

After installing this screen in my w212, my ntg or OEM functions do not work. When I switch over it is super zoomed in and has a flickering light in the middle of the screen. Any suggestions ?

Guys, what's the cold boot time for this device (8 core, 4GB ram)? Do you also sell such unit with original screen size so it looks completely original from outside? Does the BT phone call work? Does this unit take sound for phone calls from the original microphone?

Installed screen w/ Android 10 software. Can't get audio or Bluetooth sound when on android screen. 2011 E350. The only sound from radio and Disc when one OEM screen. Just added the whatsapp & number to my cell. Need help! Thank u in advance

Seems like a lot of work to install a screen that doesn't fit the dash & doesn't look right. 🤔 Also I bet there is hell of sun glare on the screen too
