I was playing around in the free version of Rytr the other day and thought its accuracy was pretty bad. It did write somewhat coherent sentences, but it simply got too much wrong or went wildly off tangent that a considerable amount of fact-checking and editing is still required. It is kind of useful to prompt ideas when suffering from writers block. For example, as a test, I ask it to write about the "best pain medication for tooth abscesses in dogs". To summarise it suggested and wrote about Ibuprofen, Acetaminophen and Condeine. Now, any good pet owner would know that two of these are highly toxic to dogs. In a later sentence, it did provide dog safe medication, but two antibiotics and only one painkiller, yes they will treat the tooth abscess but it did not answer the question. So I feel the technology still has a long way to go.
For some topics it may have better outputs than others. You have to play with your inputs to see what kind of outputs you get that will meet your needs.
I was going to skip to the end but glad I watched the whole thing. I’m quite new to AI writing but have been learning about Jasper/Jarvis for quite a few weeks. However yesterday I found ScaleNut and that they have recently updated their whole website (Editor is mostly the same with tweaks). To the point where it makes Jasper/Jarvis+Surfer look a bit cumbersome and outdated. I’d love to hear your thoughts and opinions on this. Thanks. 🙏🏼
ScaleNut is getting better and better! Jasper with the Surfer integration is still very good. The only thing about ScaleNut is that is sometimes buggy, ie: I get a warning from my browser saying, "This site is deceptive."
@@kennethfong That’s interesting, I’ve not had that yet in my 7 days of trialling it. They do seem to be updating it all the time so that is good. I wish they’d give more options for their ‘Rewrite’; you only have one version that you can say yes or no to and the only choice is to replace it? 🤦🏼♂️ At the moment I like their integrations and their price, but I do think Jasper has more advanced AI.
@@Cragadom Jasper has a similar "rewrite" functionality, too, in their long-form editor. If you rewrite it, it replaces what you had, which is a little annoying.
Which software or which template of the software would be best to serve the writing purpose for the development sector? for example, writing Talking points, concept notes, case management reports, project outcome reports, these sorts of documents.
Thank you for the video. I am interested in the tool that will help with my research, academic writing, that will make me save some time. I tried hyperwrite just today, it generate quite some funny and some great ttext. In your list, hyperwrite is the least...hmmm. I will try the others. I will appreciate any recommendation you have as well - for research writing
Use can try Jasper for your research and academic writing. Today, they launched their One-Shot Blog Post template where you can generate a full blog post with intro, body, and conclusion. Try it for free here getjasperfree.com
I'm finding all of this super interesting. For certain use cases these tools seem really good, but what about instance where you might want to write your own story or copy? Is there an Ai that will help with suggestions and editing if you wrote the majority of your copy your self? A lot of the tools seem to take the creative work out of the hands of the writer. Any thoughts?
That's a good point. You can let Jasper or Rytr finish your sentence or write a few more sentences after you have written a part by yourself. So you write first, then let the AI finish off.
@@kennethfong Going back and forth was sometimes unclear which of the two you were talking about. If there were a set two-column screen with the name above, and then you examples below, that might have helped. I don't know if this format is possible. I realize you probably can't do pricing if these are somewhat evergreen videos. I ended up starting to use Rytr. I'll see how it goes.
@@kennethfong Let me give you a second reply. My first use of Rytr produced data that was simply wrong. I had done the research in preparation of writing the article myself when I tried Rytr. I was disappointed with the results, but I will continue using it for awhile.
Hi. Based on Thomas Walsh's negative review in the comment posted here a couple of days ago on the content Rytr produced would Jarvis or Scalenut have produced content like that as well? Since it has been a couple of months since this review, do you feel Rytr is still the best option and produces the best quality of these 10 you reviewed? How about new ones you have tried since this review, are any of them a better deal and produce better content? I missed Scalenut lifetime deal so is it worth the monthly price or should I look elsewhere? How does Scalenut currently compare with the other ai writers? The hype is it is that Scalenut is supposed to better than Jarvis now. Do you agree? What are you thoughts?
Rytr is still one of the best. Scalenut and Jasper sometimes does output weird copy, but it's not too bad. Scalenut has 40 templates while Jasper has 55 templates you can use, so I think you have more options with Jasper. I recommend you test drive both Scalenut and Jasper for your niche to see if you like the outputs. Here is a link to 10,000 words for free on Jasper: klfong.co/jasper02282022
Its great video. thanks. However i have some questions about Ai. Do you paraphrase ai content before publishing on ur website? Also i heard from some people that ezoic and adsense dont approve AI content websites, is it true?
I always make edits to my AI content before publishing, because I want to make sure it makes sense for my audience. I'm not sure if ezoic and adsense won't approve them.
@@kennethfong it is a great tool. Can you please give it a try and share your thoughts. I am using it since a couple of months. I feel its pretty solid. Thank you for your time and efforts 🙏
@@kennethfong What is the most important feature of the boss model that you can summarize in one sentence, in other words, how is it fundamentally different from the way RYTR works?
@@gridchen5452 Jasper generates more copy for you in the long form editor. You'll get more compy in a shorter amount of time than Rytr. Rytr generates shorter copy.
