@Naima Abbad in short: Location and may be to some extend economy. Spain, Portugal and France are in the West. Norway, Sweden, Denmark, Finland in the North. Italy the South. Poland, Ukraine, Russia - Eastern Europe. With Germany, Austria and Switzerland as Central European countries. So usually people refer to those centrally located countries as the heart of Europe. But when it comes to the economy France and Germany contributing the most to the EU, now that the UK is out of the picture. Hopefully that makes sense.
Seriously !!!! Spain is magical magnificent and beautiful country But it’s definitely not the heart of Europe. And please, stop comparing it with other European countries. Spain is magical. And unique, so is Portugal. They’re our neighbours 😂 Moorish from Casablanca and proud
I am French, lived more abroad than in France and we have had property in France for centuries...... I fail to undersdand how you can rank France as nb 2! The dream ends the day you become an owner in France ! Owning property in France is more and more considered as a sin by the authorities and you pay for that ...... I love my country but sincerely stay away if you are not prepared to go through all the differents and numerous taxes, regulations and headaches associated with owning and maintaining property in France......this is actually driving owners to sell and leave the country!!!
you guys need to start thinking independently and out of the box and remove so called government - they are just thieves and robbers...nothing else. I happens everywhere and it was planned long ago. In my country thousands of people have been building for last several years a parallel system, a new Poland because the people who sit in the so-called government are usurpers, crooks and agents of foreign countries who are deliberately destroying and robbing our country. The floods of a few days ago were deliberately caused by geo-engineering, which they have been using for over 50 years to destroy many countries around the world. This needs to be known, people need to be educated and people need to be organised for grassroots action. Then we will bring these criminals to justice!
wow some videos impress me a lot for not considering so many countries... any African country, any from Latin America.... for farming, there are amazing places in brazil, Argentina, costa rica, Panama, or even in congo... also for living and get the citizenship, there are amazing places in caribe, south pacific, estonia, slovenia, etc... i love france but the world is not only europe x us x australia
To be fair he focused on countries without restrictions to foreign ownership both formal and informal. This tends to be Anglosphere countries, and after the financial crisis of 2008, southern Europe. Many of the European countries have golden visas, and the US has the E5 visa which encourages foreingers to buy land in their countries. Many countries in Latin America, Africa, and Asia have stricter policies when it comes to land ownership (especially agricultural landownership) due to worries of neo-colonialism. If they don't officially discriminate by statute, then often times the bureacracies are too difficult for the average (non-connected / non-corporate) foreigner to understand. That being said, I think the stricter foreign land ownership regulations in the rest of the world might be something that the Anglosphere countries should adopt.
Besides, the video just doesn't justify your choice. The prices are going up? Is the agricultural sector growing? Is there pressure to urbanize rural areas?
Anywhere World Economic Forum isn’t. As they state “You will own nothing & and be happy”. If you hear your local politician repeat “Build Back Better” ... run 😬
Australia is actually rather expensive. i.e. Farming land is productive, so expensive. City land is 'yield based', so trading at high multiples. So, you need to be on shit land, in depopulating area, far away from cities. i.e. Tasmania or wasteland away from city.
buying land in any western countrie is a waste!! western governments are full of massive taxes, lots of paper work and licenses , not much competition as most western countries have megastores rather then small businesses. destruction of small business is such a western thing, corporations own most of then land in western countries and they force out the little guy.. buying land in asia would be the best!!.. malaysia , philliphines , indonesia !!.. everywhere else u will cry.. all you need to do is where does most of the agriculture come from , eastern europe, asia!!.. australia imports alot from asia!!..
@@shamailsiddiqui1403 Its all relative. Plenty of delinquent tax creditors in emerging markets. Land is an easy target for tax. I love megastores. They are popular for a reason. The homeless in the USA use megastores for free parking fo their cars. It is true that no one wants to live next to poor, so councils placate the people who like zoning restrictions to keep those people out. It would be cheaper to have 'non-financial' obstacles, like "only your friends can live here" or "IQ test" or "income test".

Aussie farmer here; Tasmania has some very good and valuable land, freehold, and often with reliable water rights (grow anything in summer). The cheapest land is in remote arid zones, usually Crown leasehold, and often subject to Native Title (Aborigines can access for cultural activity). Highest value is in reliable rainfall regions in SE of the country, not far from coast. Rural land values have gone beyond realistic, so correction highly likely with higher input costs & interest rates.

If you are investing longterm, buy forestry land in Scotland. It's cheap, tax free and they give you subsidies to plant trees even if they are commercial forests. The country is stable and probably not going to collapse in the 20-30 years so it's a safe investment.
As cheap as an acre of land or residence in a given country is, BEWARE! Because the HIGHEST PRICE to pay in countries with TOTALITARIAN, COERCIVE or OPPRESSIVE LAWS and BEHAVIORS is the PRICE OF LOSING THE RIGHTS TO THEIR OWN FREEDOM.

This guy didn’t do a complete research! There are many countries in Latin America that are way more financially attractive for buying land specially agricultural than any country in Europe. Just compare currency rates and labor costs.
Many Central and South American countries have high restrictions on foreign land buyers. This list is for countries that have little to no restrictions to anyone buying land and high transparency in land contracts/deed/titles.
India has to contain freebies culture, population control and strict laws to infuse civic sense. Australian farm land is profitable, however there are two considerations: 1. There are no subsidies for farming, only drought relief which is very difficult to obtain. 2. The EU has inflicted punitive trade embargoes on Australia for generations which restricts agricultural exports. Farming is high risk so it makes sense to farm where subsidies are prevalent and trade is permitted, which aren’t highlights of Australia’s farms.

Just a note to add as I am from Canada is the price of land has greatly inflated since Covid and what was in the $300,000 - $400,000 in the lower mainland of BC has skyrocketed to $1,600,000 - $10,000,000 but prices in Northern BC are much more reasonable and you get way more land up there, less densely populated areas of Canada will cost less and more North.
I am also from Canada, I live in the Lower Mainland. I have the feeling the RU-vidr did not inquire enough about the Land prices , just to buy a Lot here is impossible for many people, unless you win the lottery.
It wasn’t because of covid. It’s because of our government allowing foreign investors to come in and purchase land to no avail. Spending 100’s of 1000’s above asking price and not living on the property or using the land. Land has not been 300,000 - 400,000 for over 5 years. Way before covid was even a thing. These foreign investors wanted to get money out of their country fast as the economy was more volatile than here in Canada. I know I’m a citizen of lower mainland bc as well, and my family is in the real-estate market.

For example Italy, large portion of the country is covered by mountains, the largest valley calle the Po Valley the land sometimes are 100.000 € per hectare. Is that a good country to buy land?
