Here are a few I discovered over time: 1- if you shave, buy shaving cream from a tube, tub, or a jar, not an aerosol can. The propellant in the can dries out your skin. Yes it's more expensive but it saves your skin in the long-run. 2- avoid aftershaves with a high alcohol content. 3- use conditioner. It makes your hair feel softer and adds a boost of moisture during the winter. 4- trim your toenails.

Detoxing, fasting and exercising helps the body in numerous ways. Great vid!

For the hair color I have two products that I have utilize probably for about the last 15 years. One of them is Beijing hair color and the other is Just for Men. With a little practice both are quick and easy to mix and apply. Beijing is also excellent for dying the hair on a man's head. For dull nails, I make a trip once a week for a pedicure and manicure. Treat yourself like you're the prize 👑

Great video as always, OG! One more area of concern is your TEETH! Brushing twice a day AND FLOSSING is critical for keeping your teeth pearly white and your oral hygiene on point! Can’t overlook the mouthwash either.

Excellent video for us mature gentlemen, Jeff. I have a strong fan of moisturizing, especially using No. 7's serum, which has scientific studies demonstrating it reduces skin wrinkles. Your other points are right on. While most men understand they should moisturize their face, they don't think about their hands. I also moisturize my hands as I do my face. Ninety percent of the time, it is your face and hands that people see. If they don't have wrinkles, then you will look younger. While this will not reverse the ravages of time, it does slow it down.

Great video O.G. I just turned 59 last week (Oct 10) and your recommendations are on point as we get older. One more item that we as mature, get enough exercise, taking walks, bike riding, and hitting the gym. This is important to keeping muscle tone and lesser prone to injuries when done right.

Regarding Tip #1: There is no point in spending extra for certain items. For things like tea tree oil, the cheapest will do, because even the cheapest won't have any harsh chemicals. Read the labels to be sure.
