I moved to the Greater Daytona Beach area, back in 1978.. Moved up north in 2005.. Lots of memories, lots of changes... I watched "Disco" come and go.. And watch myself get older as the 'younger ones' stayed young.. Aahh.!

I'm from Daytona beach FL Volusia county baby 😁💯💯❤️ love it and miss it too, remember Ponce inlet and the lighthouse right here and the boardwalk and the ocean center and, much more shit to do and see I live up north in Ohio now so this place sucks compared to down there, but thanks for putting this video up appreciate it and much respect

I remember the boardwalk and when you get there you have a shit load of quarters and put it in the arcade games and you can win tickets that comes out and then you take it to the counter and get what you want

I remember that if you drop a penny from the lighthouse and it hits someone on there Head it would go right through there Head that is what I heard I remember that someone said that to me but I don't know but it could be true never know but I remember Florida the springs down there r beautiful seriously OMG and I been everywhere down in Daytona but main street Pier too the dolphins in the river and sharks too remember all that shit, Ponce inlet and the jetties

The penny myth is a myth. Even at terminal velocity, the resistance of the air against the light penny won't allow the penny to go fast enough to do that.
