10 Differences between Genshin Impact and Zenless Zone Zero 

ZZZ looks cool as heck, i will play this while being a low spender at best. I imagine Genshin will add a replayable storyline. They were inspired by HSR to make the party selection more cooler, so I imagine they will add something that ZZZ introduce.

i feel like its better to compare it to hi3 since the genre is more similar than genshin

this game looks exactly like the kind I would love to play. However I've seen so many problems with the system already. Not the gameplay, the systems.

Maxing out stamina cap in 12 hours is really bad, that absolutely needs to go way up or you'd have to log in both morning and evening every day to not max it out, which for everyone studying or working full time is an absolute pain. I think 18-24 hours is the reasonable refresh time to run with for a daily game

I tried the game as I think ZZZ looks really fun. Hopefully, it gives better stamina cap and some stamina less activity tho.

Update: some content creators have access to the gacha banners, it’s basically the same as Genshin and Star Rail.

Would certainly know looking at Nicole since her appearance has changed. Some other things on the UI also got changed. 'Some time in late 2023' as a speculative release date would also be a strong indication this was from the previous test.

Not being able to fight things when out of stamina sucks much like HSR's Echoes of War (basically weekly bosses). Being able to test new setups/strategies free of stamina in GI is one of the upsides it has over its younger sibling games IMO. Edit: I forgot MoC, SD, and SU are stamina free activities to test things.

artifact system, compare to hi gi and hsr, zzz gave the most realistic way to farm 2 and 4 main piece, and 2 piece off, cr and cdm in different piece, damn what a system i dont like the "shard " for gacha system tho

I didn't like star rail's relic system at all because of the lack of any freedom in building. You basically need a 4 piece (or 2 2 yeah yeah) and a 2 piece from a whole different place that needs it's own resin. No wonder they added more resin and that main stat choosing....not like main stat choosing is useful when subs are random still...

i dont think video archive will work in genshin because it is still an rpg game, and rpg games dont have replay stories nor replay cutscenes (except rdr2 with replay missions). Gacha games that utilize video archives are usually visual novel types (text based story with many cutscenes). Genshin has only a handful of cutscenes which doesnt justify implementing video archives.

They just took the system templates from previous games and tweaked the numbers a little, like they do for every game. You could make this exact video for hsr with slightly different numbers and stats

The Stamina System is much worse then in Genshin or Star Rail. Not only it forces me to log in twice a Day its also already capped after 12 Hours? Wow thats a huge let down compared to Star Rail were i have 24 Hours and even can Store some overcapped energy at a Higher Rate. Video Archive is a great thing and i would love if Genshin or HSR have this. 6 Artefact Slots with only a 4 pc Bonus is also great. I absolute dont like the 6 Slots from Star Rail with 4pc and 2pc Set. 3 Slots with fixed Mainstats is also great so its lesser RNG for good Sub and Mainststs in the End.

I dont know. For now being 6 slots with the best option having 4 set and 2 set, kinda like Star Rail, is worse than having 5, with one being an offpiece like Genshin. Im sure Genshin system is better than Star Rail, and that ZZZ is better than star rail (The 2 other piece wont came from a specific set, we can farm only one place for all). But im still not sure which is better between Genshin and ZZZ.

Honestly kinda disappointed that ZZZ is just another Honkai because I really like the environments, style and animations. I’ll probably play the first patch then drop it.

The moment you said there's artifacts, hell nah lol, I'll pass playing this one and just watch others play. Artifacts grinding or whatever they're called in every hoyo games is terrible for me than the aspect of gacha 😂 I'm just gonna stick to genshin since I'm already in too deep.

Hmm, strange you can't play the game without "resin". Maybe that's in beta only cause it seems a little un-Hoyo-esque. Both Genshin and HSR have loads of things you can do without resin/TB power. There's a whole "resinless behavior" meme for Genshin hah

rather 10 improvements Genshin needs finally and we wait for basicalyl for fucking 4 YEARS already, that ZZZ instantly has, like again another Middle Finger to all Genshin Players because our Dev team is garbage that is responsible for the game, compared to the Devs that work for the other game,s which actually DO CARE about QoL and good gameplay 1 Skip Button 2 Swap Combos 3 Faster Stamina 4 Increased number of Artefatcs to 6, adding a missing Shield Artefact, which increases Base DEF , but that would require to fix the games lore also 5 No useless Garbage Stats that exist only to fuck up your Artefacts intentionally, everything is somehow useful for your Characters 6 Physical DMG Types playing a role in the Combat System (Classical Slice/ Pierce/ Strike DMG) in order to diversify physical dmg and balance it better out, so that not every phsycial attacker is same as effective. 7 Video Archive/ Theatre Mode to rewatch old Scenes, being not depedent from RU-vid ect. is a nice thing, beign able to rewatch everything INGAME 8 Much better Commission System 9 Much better lasting Food Buffs, that lasts per Commission, not such fucking retarded bullshit like last only for ridiculous 5 Minutes 10 Faster Character Running/Mobility
