It is a mistake in continuity, but I have a feeling they may have done that on purpose because it was supposed to be funny when Timon turns around and is suddenly wearing the lei. And really it's not just the lei, it's the flower too. You can see it 5:07

The Cinderella scenes have a lot of differences actually. The carriage top is all gold in the first one & in the second one it’s white & gold. The curtains are also different & the top of her veil is a different shape.

I know it’s been more than 2 days but I totally just noticed all the flaws without even trying. Don’t have times but: 1. I don’t know his name but at the beginning where it shows everyone’s names, one person it just says “name” and “handle goes here” 2. Girl’s hair got put up between cuts 3. Someone that’s not in most of the video pops in once.
