I think all of these videos are fake, it's very easy to fool a simple phone-cam for producers of such videos. The first one for example, did not really show the entire space and there could've been a magnet, or someone behind the counter could be using a strong magnet to achieve this.

Yeah one time I noticed a light that had been on randomly turn off when I wasn't looking, checked and it still worked (it was one of those pull the string lights). My family immediately noped out and called the cops because we thought there could be someone down there. There was nobody. But still, I don't get why these people hear a noise or see something that could be a potential intruder and not immediately call the police or at least grab a weapon.
