Absolutely lovin this 💖👌👌 it's so easy to do I am on day 5 cannot even begin to tell you it WORKS!! My face looks toned and firmer and my neck is getting so toned skin is so much smoother! I've been doing this twice a day, when I wake up and also just before bed. Can't believe I only just discovered it!

You mentioned lymphatic drainage, which is awesome, but I feel like for the full benefits of lymphatic drainage to be achieved, the first thing should be to open the "lymph gates" at the collar bone and work your way up the neck and face so that the lymph fluid will be draining out more effectively and not compacting in the neck area where so many lymph nodes are. New to your channel so I may have missed where you included this info in a previous video. I did enjoy the video and the information! Will definitely be incorporating this.🙂

I’m coming up on 40 and starting to see the little drop in the jawline and starting to see fine line so I figured I’d try face yoga. Makes so much sense you tone your body by using muscles same with your face. But I did not expect this to be so relaxing and enjoyable! I want to do it every day and I’m looking forward to the results thanks❤
Thank you for your videos! I'm 60 and have had braces for 6 months and getting atrophy in my jaw and temples, as I can't place my back teeth together to activate those muscles. This feels great!

Hi, Danielle. I love your videos. I started yesterday and every chance I get I’m doing the facial exercises. I have two questions. #1 I droop my brow area a lot. I notice it in pictures. It makes my photos look bad because I already have a large brow area. How can I stop that? Also. How long should I do these exercises daily and is it fine to do them twice daily? I’ve been doing both the one for the morning and the one at night..should I be doing both? I’m almost 80, retired Esthetician, skin is pretty good, would the yoga for after 59 be best for me ? Love your videos and the positive comments , thank you
I have started doing this every morning and it's such a nice way to begin the day! Just one question - does it matter where I put my tongue on the penultimate exercise? Should it be just behind the teeth? Or further back? Thanks
