So far we have only discovered a couple of new god forms: Super saiyan GOD, Super saiyan Blue and I think that's it. now we wait until we get some sort of super saiyan blue that changes in appearance like ss4
There is actually more a possible theory/explanation. is that ssj4 takes the user's body to its physical prime. Where goku reverts to his 30's. Also, vegeta look younger, and his hair style goes back to how it was in Z.
He turns back into an adult because the form pushes him to the absolute limit of his power. His child body wouldn't handle the sheer amount of power he has as ssj4, which is why it causes him to grow every time he transforms.
I love SSJ4 just because how primal and savage it look compare to the other transformations and how to achieve is bit kooler than just five pure hearted saiyans giving energy to one and becoming SSG and all that.
God mode is just too cheap in its achievement. How 6 saiyans ki sharing gives to one other gains that person god ki? That sh** only makes sense if a god gives up his ki. I know how goku gt can unleash strongest transformation. He need use god ki. And he need be ssjg. And Mix ultra super saiyan 4 with ssjb + kaioken x20. So ssjb4 + kaioken x20. So SSJB x 4000 x 20. It will be much stronger than MUI and Jiren FP. And training with Grand Priest. He can Mix MUI with SSJB4 + Kaioken x 20. That will be incredible.

Ultra Instinct and MUI clap SSJ4. SSJ4 is only cool in design, but in terms of how it functions in a fight, its basically just a standard powerup, and the powerup isn't even that strong.

+jmaddy3 SSJ4 increases his primal ways, but that is hardly changing the personality. I argue that Dragonball Super has Goku acting way too differently for no reason. His only drive is to fight strong opponents and not defend the helpless. This is an issue in Super due to them hanging out with God's that literally destroy planets (while half way awake I might add).

The reason why Goku turns adult when he turns into SSJ4, is because that form is stronger than the wish granted by Shenron to make Goku a child again. At least that's what I know so far.

We don't know the limitations of SS4. Goku is training a lot on DBS, yet in DBGT, Goku was only shown training at the beginning, when he wasn't aware of a SS4 transformation. For all we know, SS4 might be immune to the Kaio-Ken's drawbacks.

It's not necessarily a matter of tapping into it, it's just a chance thing. If he was SSJ4, then recieved the God transformation, it is possible that it would be a SSJ4G. If he could master both forms, he could probably achieve Super Saiyan 4 Blue.

That is NOT how DB super works. Toriyama gives scripts to toe and Toyotoro, Toyotoro is the guy who wrote DB AF and is currently put in charge of the manga for DB Super but the manga is more for advertisment of the show which is also placed ahead of the manga which is something that would normally never happen. The anime is the supreme cannon this time around, the manga is cannon to but its just a slightly different telling of the notes given by Akira Toriyama him self.

also you forgot to mention that ssj4 adds the ability to adapt quickly to attacks used previously in a fight. I remember ice Shenron tried to a freezing attack that he repeatedly already used against goku. So when the attack landed gokus body actually became immune to the attack.

Wild Yoda GT in my opinion is better than super in the sense that it had a ton of original ideas and the character design of SS4 strays from the normal SS path which is great.

It would make sense it a lot of aspects. SS4 is basically harnessing the real power of Ape, controlling it, embracing the inner wild potential, rather than just screaming and making your hair golden when you are angry. Whis trained them in perfect Ki control and body mastery, so in some regard SS4 and SSB are opposites but SS4 could still nicely fit into canon as something to achieve before meeting Beerus and Whis. Though they would have to create at least one new arc for that, since GT took a big different route and is mostly just like an alternate future timeline, you cant just put it between Buu and Battle of Gods, especially since following story is already developed, and they wont do that at this point. Oh well
SSJ Rose was confirmed to be a variation of SSJ 1 transformation. It's not a god form. So ssj4 could compete. You don't need god ki to compete against gods.

SSj4 is 500 times stronger than ssj3 and ssj god is a few millions times stronger than ssj3 but SSJB is 5 times stronger than ssj god so it means that SSB is way stronger than ssj4

"You Either Die, or you live long enough to see yourself become the villian" I can imagine a lot of Fans would love to see the ending to Goku's story(so we can move on to other amazing fighters, OR rebalance the Power Levels that have been broken since Frieza on Namek) by Goku becoming the villian, Combine these two transformations, and have Goku Justify himself at how sick and tired he is at everyone coming around thinking they can take Earth from him, choosing to take the fight to them before they can turn their sights on Earth.

This is exactly what I've been arguing about with GT fangirls. Im glad even the designer of ssj4 confirmed it. Gt fangirls like to say that the ssj4 transformation should be the God version and when ever I tell them that it shouldn't, because of its strong primal appearance of a saiyan, they get triggered and lose their shit. A SSj God transformation, however, has that mystic, anointing aura like appearance hence the reason why it goes well with the god title. I love how the ssj4 emphasizes the saiyan appearance alot more, which makes it one of my favourite transformations.
I agree with you on that, personally I like ssj4 better than ssjGod, but the god form is that a mystic transformation, while ssj4 is all about overcoming and merging the man and the beast. I would love to have it introduced into super, but not necessarily for Goku or Vegeta, I think Gohan should get it.
Super Saiyan 4 is the true Super Saiyan god. Its the true and natural way for saiyans to become god-like. Because it is has red hair and it takes goku and vegeta into their prime...same with SS-god.
My theory is that SSJ4 is the true super saiyan form. Since in Z when Vegeta explains what a Super Saiyan is, we see a golden great ape in the background.

As I've said in another video, I like the concept and transformation SSJ4 much more than the God forms. The transformation is much more intense and just seems much more fit too be the ultimate form

I made up a villain called Cyborg Argo, who appears at the beginning of DBS season 2, and almost kills the Z fighters but Goku defeats him after transforming in ssj blue kaioken x30, and then Vegeta kills him with an invisible body with a fist through Cyborg Argo's stomach. Then comes hakaishin Alex, the god of destruction of the 14th universe which Zeno destroyed, and he is destroyed by Beerus. The third arc in DBS season 2 is called Resurrection of old evil, and it is about Frieza bringing back: Goku Black, Kid Buu and Cell, then Goku Black uses potara earrings with kid Buu, and Zamabu is born, then Zamabu gives the earrings to Cell and Frieza and Cellieza is born, Cellieza and Zamabu do fusion with fusion dance and Cefzabu is born as the fusion of the 4 bad guys, then the shenron is summoned after Cefzabu does a lot of destruction and when he fights ssg Goku, he kills Goku and Broly is forced to turn into super Saiyan, broly started playing with Cefzabu and Celzabu's fusion time runs out. Broly stops ssj, because he's afraid of destroying the earth and Cellieza and Zamabu fuse again, now with potara, which gives birth to Zacefribu, who looks almost the same as Cefzabu, and because it contains Zamasu it lasts forever, after that Gohan was the only hope left, he finally after all this time, combines ssj with mystic, and starts a fight with Zacefribu, and after that he turns mystic ssj2 and he flies around planet earth 2 times with his full speed and punches Zacefribu, and Zacefribu was finally defeated and Vegeta decided to help Gohan, and wished the shenron to separate Zamabu and Cellieza, the second wish is used to bring back Goku, and the final wish was still waiting, Gohan knocked out Zamabu and Cellieza transformed into golden Cellieza, but was still no match for Gohan who killed Cellieza in cold blood with a powerful Kamehameha. The third wish was used to transport Zamabu to hell. The fourth arc is regular tournament saga, then the fifth was the galactic prisoner saga, the sixth was granolla and his stuff, then the seventh was about the Clown, he was Moro's ultimate creation, he revealed that Argo was Moro's child too. Clown couldn't be defeated even by MUI Goku, and Beerus was watching that on the TV on his planet until enough was enough, Beerus revealed that he has mastered ultra instinct, and he immediately appeared in front of the Clown on planet earth, and he destroyed him, Beerus then said that he mastered ultra instinct a few months ago. The eight arc was about an alternate future version of Goku, Kakarot the destroyer who raplaced Beerus as 7th universe hakaishin, and the 9th and final arc is the NCA Saga, which is short for non-cyborg Argo saga. Argo returns but now he's not a cyborg anymore and the z fighters are no match for him and Goku noticed that he can't go ssblue, SSgod and UI, and then Argo said unlike your previous foe known as granolla, i didn't wish to be the strongest fighter in the universe, but I wished the super dragon balls to make you weaker, and erase your divine forms from existence. Then Gohan realized he didn't need Divine forms because he didn't have ones, he combined ssj2 with beast form and tried to fight Argo, and Argo said that he also wished for Beerus to go asleep and no one can wake him up for 16 years, and one of his wishes was for Goku and his friends to forget about the multiverse and his final wish was the super shenron to kill himself. And he did the super shenron was dead, all of the Z fighters were shocked and whis stepped on the planet earth, and he said he can't let Argo play with the multiverse anymore, and whis break the dimensional barrier between the 7th universe and the farthest away dimension with the hardest barrier to break, whis created atomic discoruption inside that empty dimension, Goku tried to stop whis, but whis was too fast for him, then Whis told Gohan it's his final chance to kill Argo, and Gohan hit Argo with his full power in his fist, and Argo entered the portal of the atomic discoruption, Argo was melted down and broken to literally nothing, by the atomic discoruption, Whis closed the portal and Whis said goodbye forever, Whis break the angel code and was erased from existence. A year after that happened the end of Z and 5 years after the end of Z Dragon Ball GT happened
I think they should bring back SSJ4 for Super, just renamed as something else. Like "Ultimate Super Saiyan" or something like that. Doesn't have to be stronger than SSJG or SSJB, just introduce some powerful threat that can feed on God Ki or something.
I thought of this already. Since Trunks has no God ki. He could evolve into the next mortal level ss4. It won't look like the one in Gt. Just different from ssj3. Maybe Trunks could pul it out against Zamasu
i think the ssj4 form should be of its own category not even link with ssj more like a great ape transformation much like in gt but with out ssj name but hella op on par with ssb and this transformation would make you more ruthless and harder to reason with even after the fight is over

The entire lore of SSJG and design makes no sense to me. Especially the concept of god ki and the name. Remember when Goku suppassed Gods? Ever since BoG, he keeps regressing as a character to the point he is dumber than he was at the start of Dragon Ball.
If only DBGT had been made with the same level of care as DBS. GT was actually creative, fun, and made sense, but was poorly written, animated, acted, and translated. Super is exquisitely crafted but is an absolute mess of recycled garbage and uncreative, uninteresting, unrealistic filler.

In my opinion, Akira Toriyama should create DBGT his way and keep Goku as an adult and not turn him back into a kid again. Turning Goku back into a kid again was a really stupid idea. And keep the Super Saiyan 4 transformations. They are awesome!
I don't trust the current Toriyama with GT... But an alternative manga version drawn by Toyataro might be a way to go. He knows a lot about what GT wanted and he could make it work into a more compact package especially with the internet age and his involvement in the Dragon Ball Heroes manga, getting to see a full fight with Gohan and Rildo or Gotenks against Super 17 wouldn't be farfetched like it was back then.

Super Saiyan 4 is my favorite out of all of the Super Saiyan transformations. I absolutely love the design and I will always choose Super Saiyan 4 over Super Saiyan God and Super Saiyan blue any day. I really want to see Super Saiyan 3 in Super Saiyan 4 in Dragon Ball super.

Dued I Love Super Saiyan 4 more than SSJ God and I also have a theory what a black super Saiyan 1, 2, 3, & 4 would look like since there is proof of real Black Saiyan's in the Anime called " The Bardock Episode" because in that movie there is a Bar science were if you PAUSE it U can clearly see a black Saiyan in it. Any ways me and my friend found out that a Black Super Saiyan's hair color would be Orange because I saw a youtuber play a DBZ Game were his "make your own character" was a black Saiyan and when it went Super Saiyan in the game the hair went Organs not yellow, $0 that got me thinking that when a white Saiyan like Goku goes Super Saiyan 4 his fur is RED, so a Black Saiyan going SSJ4 fur color would be PURPLE now how cool is that. As shitty as DB GT was. The SS4 versions of the fighters have been masterpieces. They expressed true power, true “Beastmode“. As much as I love DB Super for the Story and characterwork, I miss the SS4 Forms and some characters like Oob from GT for example.
I wish that instead of UI he went super sayan 4. The only reason it doesn’t replace blue or god is because blue first looked super cool and was the strongest- but then he got beat by a bunch of people in that state. And god didn’t get much screen time. If instead of UI coming out Super sayan 4 should have replaced it and they release UI at a later time.

SSG can absorb attacks but it can't use the energy absorbed and absorbing the energy depletes stamina even more. 2. After seeing Vegeta made SSGSS Grade 2, I think there should be SS forms of the SSG transformation like SSGSS2, SSGSS3, & SSGSS4. The fact that Goku's hair doesn't rise always mean that he can go SS in what ever state he's in. Actually that goes for all Saiyans. Broly DBS did that; he went SS while in Wrath State. 3. Super Saiyan 4 is the best SS form because it combated SSGSS Goku and didn't loose and SS4 Vegito won against Cumber, and Vegito went SSGSS Kaio-Ken to try to win against Cumber and easily lost. SS4 Vegito won quite swiftly-not easily, but with some effort. Also if Goku went SS4 he could've defeat Beerus; he could have absorbed the energy of a god of destruction the used that to power his attacks to put it on a god of destruction level. *drops mic*

It is, everything the anime presented is, it's the Anime version that Toei made with the full rights of doing so not the Manga version, that's another thing, they're like 2 separate things despite that one is based on the other, not the same thing and the Anime version is far bigger and wider and always did add more and continued the franchise when the manga didn't because Toriyama couldn't go on, with obviously his approval, he's the one who said he likes others to add to Dragon Ball after all, this Canon shit is getting way too annoying and old, and if Toriyama himself is totally fine why it's not Canon?! heh... now tell me why SSG wasn't called or created as SSJ4 again?! because Toriyama himself isn't missing with actual SSJ4, if Toei never made GT, BoG would've obviously been something else entirely.
