I'm so happy to have found you!! I am 45 and lost the vision in my left eye to retinal vasculitiis years ago. I learned recently that I'm losing my right side vision to the same disease. I've been learning how to do everything I can before it's gone and because of you the kitchen isn't so damn scary! Thank you!
I am happy you found us too! I still had some vision when I took my blind skills classes and I think it helped me to learn faster because I was used to learning from information that came through my eyes. Vision is not required for learning new things, but I think you are wise to get ahead of your impending decreased ability to see.
