God, the impulse control thing hit home. For 2 weeks now, I've been saying no to weed during the work week because I've been smoking literally every day since I was 18. That was 8 years ago. I know it hinders me, fucks up my sleep, makes me anxious. I want more from life than that.
Keep going brother. I know how it feels, I’ve been through the same cycle and I’m still recovering as well! It’s been a week for me. It’s hindered my business, my life and just my inner peace tbh. For me I’m saying no to weed and saying yes to my health, to my success to my peace. Focus on what you are gaining rather than what you are losing. Let’s go!
similar situation. i stopped after the new years. i decided to smoke a bit a few weeks back and it hit me so bad. i realized how it seems fun but the reality of it sucks. low energy, anxious , zero drive.

Thank you Bedros for your amazing video. I totally understand what you mean about being healthy and working out can enhance your life. I finally was able to lose weight and begin working out with low weights. As I feel stronger, I feel different in many other areas in my life...my work life is getting better, my focus on meal prepping to eat healthier is so strong and most importantly my relationships are also improving. My only struggle is I am trying to create an extra income to save money for my son and at the same time help people. I have yet to figure this out. I have debt and want to end my debt for a better future. I no longer have brain fog and I feel so focused at my current age of 46. I feel more energy and drive for life now more than ever!

Thanks Bedros. I have started watching you on the treadmill in the morning. I'm new to fitness, last night I started interval training on a total gym along with more treadmill time. On January 12th I stepped on the scale at the Dr's office and it said 298#. April 12th it said 268#. My goal is to get below 200# at the Dr's office and be fit. I've lost 4" off my waist an have 6" more to go. I'm grateful to have found you, and I have a great friend who has been offering guidance as well. Please keep it up, you're making a difference.

Hey Bedros I just wanted to thank you for your content in for sharing all of your life's experience as well as your wisdom. You are a very wise man and I can relay it to so many of the things that you just talked about. I haven't had a chance to watch the empire shows yet but they're on my to-do list. You've really changed my life man I was already heading in this direction anyways but it was perfect timing hearing your podcast, because it just gives me a little bit more hope and inspiration to keep doing what I'm doing. I'm 35 years old and just had my first child who will be three in July. Sometimes listen to my inner critic as if too old to become financially stable. One day I want to open up a fit body Boot camp in my area there's nothing like that around here the biggest city around here is like a hundred thousand but it'd be perfect and it keeps growing year after year. Think that fit body Boot camp would kill it in my town or city. Anyways man I just wanted to thank you I'm sure you won't end up reading this cuz you got a million comments to go through every day but yeah man thank God for you and good men like you. I'm going to watch your empire show so I can get the tools I need to try to open up my own gym. When I do get to that stage I was hoping I could ask you what steps I would need to take in order to open up a fit body Boot camp I'm guessing I won't even be there financially for a few years. I've been doing well for the past couple of years, but I know I can do better, which is why I started watching your show. These videos have inspired me in a way that I didn't expect. Instead of making me want more for myself, they've made me realize that helping someone else achieve their goals could be the key to my own success. My nephew is a good kid, but his father has been absent, and his mother makes poor life decisions. Without someone to guide him, he could end up with another Cheeto dust filled bellybutton. He's only 15, so I believe he still has time to turn things around. I've invited him to come and live with me for a few months during the summer, and I plan to teach him everything I can during that short time. However, I've realized that he lacks basic skills that a father would normally teach his son, such as baiting a hook. With his parents not being around much, he spends most of his time playing video games. I'm not sure where to start, but I want to focus on things that will help him become a monster. What are some essential skills and qualities that I should focus on to help him become a better person? I have a pretty good game plan right now but the more heads the better the plan! Thank you for taking the time to read this, and I appreciate any advice you can offer.

I have met a lot of successful people in the gym but martials arts section. They box, bjj or whatever, you name it. Stood for a while with one of them and asked how they manage all their time during the given day? I had quick response which is "Listen, you have to let it go whatever drags you down but can't be seen, for example anger inside me towards unseen things that i can't control. Smacking this bags helps a lot". This is what you ment under "focus" talking. They have focus on certains things but in that given moment, this is what keeps them rich and successful, FOCUS. Focus builds discipline and everything.

I took a break from listening to this type of content. A couple fucking awesome thing to pull and I have to give credit where its due. 1. I stopped listening focus on opening some streams of rev. Fucking life changing. I love my career again. Crazy appreciation for it now that there are a couple of streams open. So thank you for the push in that direction. 2. The time management segment of this podcast deserves a podcast 40hrs long. No fuckin kiddin, there is less time in 24hrs. That shit is deep AF. 3. Best one of all. My 13 year old ask "where the heck are the Bedros podcast you "use to" play?"😂 There back buddy. And they hit different when you take massive action. Fuck listening to you when I busy running call. But that 10min drive to the next call is the repair these men need. Hell if you're a wowan and want a boss MF of a husband become the equal and dominate shit together.
