Hello Sir, could you please clarify why 2- (minus) came? Nickel complex. What did you mean by reduction? If there is electron any electron gains. where that happened? In which orbital? Please let me know as soon as possible. Initially Nickel loss two electrons and got 2+ then how 2- came. Thanks.

Sir in dsp2 hybridisation, neega 3d,4s,4p orbitals involve aagudhunu soldringha but andha rules la valence shell la iruka orbitals mattum dhan hybridisation la involve aagudhu i.e 4th shell dhana sir valence shell then why 3d orbital is also participating in bond formation Pls answer me sir 3:04

sir, superb teaching, also I have a doubt,? Whatever compound may be if it is sp3d hybrid means will it get inly octahedral, sp3d2 means only square pyramidal ah?? no other shapes will be formed in a particular hybridisation other than the given shapes ah sir??

Sir in sp3d2 the electrom is promoting only from 4p orbit not from 4s but in octahedral electron is promoting from 3s and 3p to 3d why sir?

also sir in 13:53 secs you told that one electron from 3s and one from 3p will jump to 3d orbital why is that happening sir ,already we have 3s orbital is stable then why will go to 3d orbital sir?

its depend upon electronic configuration and nature of the orbitals. All the orbitals are not having same shapes and same nature. Force of attraction between nucleus and electrons is differ in each orbitals. And also depend upon nature of the ligands.
