But,bro,our judiciary is a money extortion system.if you go to any advocate for your case to finish it expeditiously,they'll charge you at least 2-10 lakhs in district court,10lacs-1crore in high court,1crore-50 crore in supreme court. Indian courts are massaging butter on the a** of advocates.the judges there only have one thing to say adjournment.crores of cases is pending from district courts to apex court because of lack of judges in indian judiciary & money looting nature of advocates. 80% convicts in indian jails are absolutely innocent.they land up in jail becoz of biased inquiry & bribe taking nature of police.then,when the case comes to court,the govt.APP & private counsels only loot you rather than giving you justice in 6months-1 year.but,in US & some other countries of the world deliver justice in just 6 months in a case in which the conviction rate is below 10 years. 90% advocates do not know the law properly.some APP,judges,prosecution/defense advocates take huge amount of bribes. 97% assault,attempt to murder,rape,attempt to rape,498-a cases are absolutely false.who cares if you do not have money.

What judge is complaining about bureaucrats not taking decision. Yes in this case the bureaucracy has done utter nonsense. But the practice of not taking decision on time and delaying is led by judiciary only. Can they honestly answer how much time on an average judiciary takes for 1 case ?

The court didn't have to call them if the bureaucrats worked properly at first place. The other cases get delayed because of these types of cases.

Having said that putting the allegations on bureaucracy for all delay in judicial process is exactly passing the buck and not owning responsibility. A simple statistics will tell everything how much time on average is taken by judiciary for a case and how many adjournment and pass over are asked on average in one case. Simply answering this will make us respecting judiciary more.

It is ridiculous that they r blaming IAS for indecisiveness but never blame their callous nature which exploit the litigant for decades. 2nd they call IAS to show their superiority to cover up their non meritious, nepotism . A judge on merit with proper selection will never use bad wards & will never take decades .

High court judges are also appointed through examination named HJS(Higher Judicial services) exam conducted by high courts

We are so 'hypocrite'😂 When an officer helps poor we praise him/her. Well its reasonable. I have more.. when an officer scolds a person be it his/her subordinate or a general public, we go crazy and say what not about the officer. ( Without knowing the reason) When an officer stands against a politician, we again praise him/her (Chahe woh officer galat hi kyon na ho) we do not dig into the matter just scroll the comments. When a politician scolds an officer we again stand with the officer. When an officer complies with politician, we say,"yeh to chaat ta hai politicians ka corrupt hi hoga" When a judge scolds an officer we take judges side kyuki hamara nyalay to sarvottam hai. Hypothetical: Have anyone seen a judge scolding a minister..No..kyuki they are not the subject of courts..they either accountable to Lok sabha or vidhan sabha. Jab ek officer autonomy dikhata hai either he/she is transferred or demoted.. amazing right😂 Jab ek officer permission permission khelta hai uske respective ministry k sath to wo courts me fas jata hai😂.. phir hum comments me shuru hojate hain😂😂 Me yeh nhi kehraha ki yeh galat hai..we have freedom of speech and expression so no issues Yeh bs Mera ek observation hai.🧐☢️

The reality is when officers take a decision, these same judges will say why you took such a decision, you are misusing your power, and when they don't take decision but make committees to give their findings, they have to hear such things that why don't apply your mind. Fact is that around 4.5 lakhs cases are pending in MP high court. So, who is delaying what is evident.

Majority cases in HCs all over india, govt is the litigator. Affidavits approval take time, because of red tape, govt refuse to implement orders( see land acquisition compensation claims). Govt officer don't appear.

@@aksshaysharma96 If officers don't appear, they should be punished, why judges don't do that. The court dates are rolled over again and again, which is done by judges only. Clearly, even judges don't want to take a clear stand, if govt. is involved. They would charge a fine without thinking twice, if a common man is the litigator.

Sir pls reply... On this... My dad is government employee (primary teacher) and has worked 20 yrs away from native place and last year got transferred back and now the high bodies and ias here aren't letting my dad to continue job at his willed area( that is near to native place) they transferred him back to 200km away or else asked for bribe... We waited for a year, my dad goes to the main office everyday and gets humiliated by ias... They have already taken upto 8 lakhs and keeps on postponing the dates... Now we are in great debt😢only one payment was done online.... 🙏
