There is no attrition in Civil Services why ?.. TWITTER CEO is sacked along with two other senior executive .. But IAS cadre enjoy immunity under law made during British era -- IRS is now preferred more as it is CORRUPTION READY cadre where 100 % people are corrupt. IAS cadre is busy in identifying some remote clause in 1935 British law to say " THIS CAN NOT BE DONE " .. People say IAS has to search for answers to the Minister question -- What is that -- can we not use computer for these mundane job ? DC office is filled with Tons of paper and one young chap of 25 years old is sitting in front of desk top and doing something on computer and that is called Computerization -- Go to IBM office GO TO AMAZON office -- No paper No pen all are digital including signature -- Everything means everything .. Why not our DC office become like that -- I know the answer -- All our IAS cadre hate computers as it is the main competitor for their job. Ready made work flow softwears are there SAP is gigantic can be used for any complex Enterprise resource transactional work ERPs

This eastern trible district of MP i.e Anuppur., has very much illegal activities by local people and politicians as if there is no one to look after any thing... This IAS madem is right.. SECL is coal india company ,of which land has been given by... Pressure of local leader of 2009 time. Every govt employee of this area is very much corrupt. This IAS lady has been frustrated by imposing fine on employees for not completing govt tasks on time. You can see the names of various officers being imposed fines on LokSeva website of MP. Though under the infulence of the MLA and Cabinet Minister of MP Bisahulal a converted BJP leader from congress . Not a single govt task is not completed on time in this district . Very much corrupted area and people also.. in the name of tribal region. ..i have seen it since my childhood. Coz i lived there.

Though her conduct towards HC is not acceptable, but after seeing whole video, I understand she is doing good job standing against corruption and also assuring to take action against culprits. This is very difficult job to fight for forest land and stand against big cooperates and her own department and authorities. I have no doubt the reason behind her bad conducts on HC orders are all because of corrupt govt bodies forcing her to withdraw this case. God give her power to fight against corruption and protect forest land rights

Well technically cabinet ministers rank higher (at rank 7) than high court judges.. Having said that, the officer is responsible to file an affidavit informing the court of her inability to attend.

The Honourable Judge really has a good point for admonishing the civil servant. Inspite of being served summon from Court of being present in Court, she defies the same and such is the audacity that she is justifying by saying that her summon was clashed with the meeting of Cabinet Minister. So the Honourable judge is absolutely correct for it.

Use computer scheduling for rostering and all the priorities can be included in the rostering process -- let there be transparent in hearing dates and should not be based on LAWYERS " SKILL" . What ever the seriousness of the matter , taking 10 to 15 years for any case is unjustified.. Need serious look ar adjournment lawyer profession.. Already general public has lost faith and many people have given up as case will not be over in their life time

It's already in place and also...it happen in regulated manner...moreover the courts generally high court do not endorse adjournment... But ek judge court me everyday 100 case sunta hai.... There are only 20 judges in high court for entire states which have population of more than 6 crores.... Jab recruitment nahi hogi..bench ko strength nahi badegi.. toh kaise kaam hoga ..woh bhi insaan hai ... And moreover saare high court me rostering hoti hai and aap urgent hearing application laga sakte ho

IAS means Big car -- Bungalow and servants for bringing tea -- Only these 3 comes to my mind -- What they do ? perhaps I am doing far better job in IT - This is totally British system still existing.. New trend is both husband and wife are IAS and its policy of central government they have be posted near by so that they can live together .. it is now becoming head ache to the government to manage their family matters . I have no problem with this conduct of judge. This is done to serve justice to the society. People are thrash talking because they've never been to the court except in these type of videos. Judiciary should be strict like this, or else people will have no respect and consequently led to chaos society. So, people Respect the Rule of law. The judges are not acting beyond the rule of law. If they act beyond, there is constitution and people to take action against them . Peace 🤙

Who may be above or below in society people representatives and good offices getting respect and honour. No judge or lawaris received good honour and respect from the general public judiciary system have a lot of gray area in it.
