seriously, i have talked to two people who had a number of hours at rocket leauge who had never learned you can dodge. (didn't do the tutorial I guess?) .. i was dumbfounded

I find stalling to be more difficult on controller because you have to be perfect to the left or right on the analog stick, but the helicopter stall easier because you just need to get under the ball and hold the one direction and hit two buttons and stall. Also the tip back reset is best paired with a musty
When I was in plat I remember messing up a last second game winning arial and accidentally hitting a double flip reset and I was so hyped. I’ve never gotten close to hitting one in game ever since
As a C2 EU player, I recently learned how to flip reset, but I’ve got some problems with executing the shot after the reset. I tried so many things but I can’t figure it out, after I hit a reset I can’t “scoop” the ball and if I try something else, there just isn’t enough power. Ok flipreseter here so showing ganer for chained resets is kinda of becouse people like saiph or impxsle are getting to the point where they are able to do 20-30 resets. Also while it's nice to see the scoop reset be show there was still a good scoop or type of scoop missing with would just be the one with goes straight up. Other than that pretty good and well explained video Fluuump.Nice Job.
I'm diamond 1 in one and I have done a ceiling shoot stall reset. You could say I practice freestyling. Have me in a video clump or sunless Khan is better.
Tip back reset is the arsenal flip. Idk where I heard that but I did and since then that’s what it is. I think he’s hit it a few times in comp but not sure how he got the title lol

You know, there is another one fluump. Evample acctually discovered a special flip reset 7 month ago I think, When you jump off the wall you and the ball go up before starting to fall, if you can boost up right above the ball and stall that would mean you would stop mid air because thats what stalls do but the ball would go right into your wheels. Evample pulled this type in some freestyle 1v1s

The thing that makes rocket league so hard to master is... ... most things come down to ''it's a feel thing''. Not even kidding. If you're good at clicking heads in Counter Strike or tracking people in Quake you can transfer that to your next shooter at least for a large part which gives you an edge in one of the fundamental mechanics. Now with rocket league you really only have its predecessor, but other than that it's learning how the game is played and for a large part... how to succesfully manipulate its unique physics.
