Thanks for tips. I noticed you have the old switches at the bow on your Caymas. I have a CX21 Pro & my switches were acting up on bow panel. Took it to my dealer & he said the old switch panels have had issues so Caymas will replace under warranty with the new switch panel design at the bow & console as they are aware of the old panel issues. Picking mine up next week & dealer service manager said he has never had an issue with the new design.
Man it’s funny how different people like theirs set up. I like mine a bit quieter, as I don’t mind filtering out a few baitfish and still being able to see bigger fish. I also love blue, I’ve found it’s a great palette for dealing with glare. Just like anything else fishing, requires time on the water to figure out what works for you!
MJ - To some degree, I am still finding my way and getting more reps, this was definitely about trying to share the right levers to pull, not the ultimate settings for livescope. I have been dabbling with blue some as well
@@HellaBass for sure, I agree with all your setting except my gain and color are down a touch and I use blue. I used to roll amber low light, blue during sun but have found I like blue pretty much all the time now. Great palette, the bigger fish really pop with it. The other thing I screw with is install depth so I can see my top waters. Top water scoping is a blast.

@HellaBass because it popped up on my recomended... and I don't fucking agree with it. So I do what all Americans should do and voice their opinions regardless of what some need who can't fish thinks🤣
@@stoneyoutdoors8819 ive fished my whole life without it. And just put it on my boat over the winter. There are always gonna be people that complain like you. You can't give a shitty angler live and then they magically become good. Not how it works. It only makes the already good anglers better. And from what I have seen the people complaining about it are almost ALWAYS people that don't have it. I didn't have it any year before this yet I didn't complain. I beat people without it. Do what you want, but don't complain that other people like to use technology to their advantage. Im quite confident you wouldn't want to throw your rangefinder away if you were bowhunting. Thats a huge advantage, yet nobody complains about that
