Hello I have just completed the 14 day challenge, it has helped me both physically and mentally and kept me on track having something to follow. I'm 70 and I loved it! First time! I really need it! I am a Breast Cancer Survivor 18 Yrs! But out of shape! With Neuropathy from Cancer, I have terrible balance, that I want to improve! I just did my first workout. I am 62 and haven't worked out for a long time. I want to lose over 50 pounds and my metabolism is so slow that I was told that 10 minute hiit workouts would help out. @@ChefClary60 It worked out very good. Easy way to lose weight and get into shape. Unfortunately, I hurt my foot really bad (not from theses exercises) and I had to stop for a couple of months, I couldn't even walk. I will be picking it up again soon and maybe doing it twice or find a longer version.

I am a 74 year old and recently had to have a bypass operation and knew exercise was a big part in my recovery but do not live in a area where it is not easy to walk and had been looking for exercise I could do at home that raised the heart rate. I thoroughly enjoyed your workout as there is no floor work which I find difficult as I find it quite an issue getting up again. I did the arm exercises afterwards and then then the stretches. I felt really good for the whole day after doing that. Your light personality and encouraging words make the exercises very easy to do. Thank you and hope to improve my health on a daily basis. 💗

I’ve just joined a well known keep fit site/app after filling out my age and fitness levels and yes spent the money, only to find out nothing is adapted, it’s hurting my injured neck and hiatal hernia and no rest on the hiit exercises! Here I can adapt as you give us the time to think, and the rests you include means I can just manage to keep going to the end! Yey!! Thank you 🙏🏼

Thank you sooooo much for this workout! 🤗 I’m “only” 32 but I needed this workout because of a foot injury and all the other “low impact” HIIT workouts I could find were still to much for my foot. I just do the exercises at top speed and I even do it two to three times in a row. And I should be said that I’m overweight so I’m definitely a beginner 😅😂 Keep it up! And thank you again for this amazing workout! I was about to give up the workouts when I found your video ❤️

I've just done your HIIT workout and found it really good. I couldn't manage all the squat ones as I have arthritis in my knees but managed about half of those and finished all the others. I am very over weight but need to get myself fit now. Just recovering from a sprained ankle and also Shingles for the last 8 weeks and also lost my husband last year so it's now time for some me time. Thanks Schellea

Just found these workouts so I'm hopeful judging by the comments I've read. I worked out religiously until a car accident 3 years ago left me on my butt for over a year, then 2.5 years of physio to get back full mobility. Needless to say, the weight piled on. I was so frustrated by the weight gain, I just gave up at the thought of having to start all over again. I've lost all motivation. I'll be 54 next month (although I identify as 40 lol) and I know, for my own health, I have to do something. Here's hoping! 🤞

What a great workout -- love it! I'm 70 and used to be quite active. Then bursitis (hip) and some knee issues took me away (actually it was advice from my chiropractor...) from some too hard-on-my-joints activities. That was really hard. Then I found you, Schellea! This hiit workout seems to work just perfectly for my body as do so many of your others. Thank you so much!

Loved this. Enough of each section. At 74, I have been doing many different things for years (since in my 20s), I consider this one of my best. I'll look for a 20 -30 min of the same.

Nice! I'm sharing on fb for my female friends over 50 who can't seem to get motivated! And for myself too❤ because I really enjoy working out on a daily basis at least 30 minutes a day...I'm soon to be 55 years old but I don't feel like it☺ I look at my other friends who are the same age as me and they look old for their age😒 thanks for the video, I'm going to utilize this in my workouts! Btw- u look beautiful

Thank you so much. So happy that I found you on internet! You have a very pleasant way of showing these exercises how to do this. I am 57 years old and waiting for a hip operation. Have to loose another 11 kgs and was struggling how I could move more despite of the limitations of mobility of my left hip. Your exercises help me to move more esp. the workout I can do sitting. I did this routine this morning, combined with a 5 minute warm up & 5 minute cool down, & found them to be the perfect way to start the day. It really increased my heart rate & definitely improved my mood. The beautiful ocean in the background made my lockdown loungeroom much more tolerable. Each morning I create a new playlist for the day so love the variety of exercises that I can mix up . Thank you 🙏🏻

Hi, I've just completed this and the 5 min stretch. It was wonderful and I got a bit emotional at the end of the stretch. My husband is in hospital fighting Covid so you can imagine what I was squashing between my hands!

After following this channel for at least 2 years, this particular video is still one of my favorites!! It's a short and sweet HIIT workout, but gets the energy flowing and feels great. Plus the ocean background is wonderful. Thank you❣

Hi Schellea, thank you so much for posting this video. I am new to HIIT and discovered you on youtube just a couple of weeks ago. I love your positive energy, your beautiful smiling face and the gentle way you encourage and engage with your viewers. I am a long time yoga practitioner and recognize and love you incorporating some of the yoga stretches into your stretch videos. Would love to see another HIIT video, maybe 20 minutes long? I have always gone to the gym and have done cardio. I started doing this video a few times a week and I noticed a huge difference in the way my clothes are fitting and my legs are def. more tone. I also have better looking arms. I recommended this to my sister and a friend. Good short workout that is making a difference!
