@@lunarzaveta the only reason why she has it in 3 days was because she already had a low percentage of fat. It will take longer depending on your body. If it doesn't work, try doing some cardio to lose overall body fat (the only way to reduce fat around your collarbone) and this workout. I'm sorry this is very long but i used to do collarbone exercises everyday for months. I saw some changes but I didn't realized i had to lose some fat too inorder to achieve very visble collarbone. You got this

°DOING THIS FOR 15 DAYSSS!!!! °DAY1:i felt the burn and my shoulders hurt so much! °DAY2:oh my! my shoulders are in pain😭 but i like to do these exercises very much so i'll keep goinggg!!! °DAY3: now it's easyer to do and it's actualy very relaxing! until now i don't exactly see any changes but that doesen't mean to stop,so keep going!! °DAY4: wow it's so late it's 1:15 at night and i still did it!!! until now i really noticed a BIGG result!!! but i'll keep doing it for 11 more days,btw my arms still hurt but a little! so keep going!!!!!! °DAY5: went really great, a lot easyer!! and the results keeps getting better!! °DAY6: i didn't feel any pain,the time passed quickly and it felt relaxing! i'll keep goinggg!!!!!! °DAY7: i did it for a week now,results are very great!! but i'll continue for another 7 days and i'll explain the final results at the end of the 14th day!! soo keep going!! °DAY8: i did it! °DAY9: i didn't do anything because i didn't have electricity all day☹️ °DAY10:i did it! °DAY11: lol i went to sleep and totaly forgot about doing it but then i remembered and i woke up and i did it!! °DAY12: did it! i have 3 more days omg °DAY13: i didn't do it because i wasn't feeling well at all °DAY14:i did it!! °DAY15: Did it!! ° It's been 15 days now, but i didn't do these exercises for 2 days so i'll do them for another 2 days so it will be a total of 15 days!! i'll update u guys in the final day!! ° DAY16: I deciced to stop here because i am very thankfull with the results i got till now, i rate it like 9/10 it is hard from the start but it gets very easy day by day, it's very relaxing and the results are pretty good!! i I recommend doing this!!
definitely picking this up! day one: done! fairly easy. feeling strong! day two: done! a little sore bc i was carrying heavy boxes earlier but feeling great! day three: done! i had a stiff neck today so this helped a lot!

guys if your looking for a sign here it is , this workout definitely works , I’ve had amazing results and I’ve only been doing it for almost a week now - on the first day I already felt my collarbone and now it is way more visible but im continuing so it is still well defined and sharp
I was searching for "workout no impact", bc i have a bad knee, and I'm currently at 86kg (I'm 1,59 so I'm way overweight) and I live a sedentary life... My worst problem is the pain I feel on the back of my neck, so, I saw this routine and thought "why not?". Well, i almost couldn't finish the video bc I felt so much pain, and I'm sweating so much rn, that tells me i probably did it right 😂 I'll be trying to do this everyday (when I wake up and before going to sleep), my goal is to feel less neck pain and tension and also improve posture. okay i need my collarbones to show for my dress for spring school pictures day 1: ✅ first time i felt burn in my collar bone area. this workout is legit day 2: ✅! so much burn but no results yetttt day 3: ✅ i feel like very slight resemblance of collar bone.. i have so much hope! day 4: ✅ nothing to say day 5: ✅ still no prominent collar bones 😭 i still have a lot of time it’s okay! day 6: ✅ no visible difference but it feels lighter if that makes sense day 7: ✅ one week done! no collar bone prominence i’m now going to try emi wongs 10 min collar bone workout since this one didn’t really work for me

Day 1 : ⭕ feel the strech Day 2: ⭕ feel some soreness overall did it Day 3 : ⭕ i started seeing small difference Day 4: ⭕ Day 5 : ⭕ i felt some pain doing exercises but anyways completed it Day 6 : ⭕ idk why but from yesterday i am feeling some sort of pain while doing exercise Day 7 : ⭕ Okay, so one week completed here some observations of mine So there is not a huge change in my collarbone. I can feel my collarbone but it is not that much that can be noticed, although my shoulder has a huge change - I'm a student and as I'm indian i need to carry a lot of stuff in my school bag being a science student I need to extra lab and pratical stuff with my heavy Book because of that my shoulder shape become sloped doing these exercises my shoulders are now much better even my mom said the shape become like before straight not the sloppy one . And I'm happy with that . I'm gonna do this workout for one more week . Day 8 : ⭕ Day 9 : ⭕ i did another collarbone workout with this
Doing this until I get clear results! Day one: my arms hurt after this workout lol but I did feel a slight difference around my collarbones and shoulders!

Elbow tap is the hardest thing for someone with glasses. Because the glasses get stuck in between, so I have to take them off and do them. Other than that, everything's fine, thank you. 🙂🙂
