I will do this for 2 weeks Day one- my face feels fresh and lifted! Day two-my face feels fine and its pretty red Day three- did this with my friend and I’ve started to see a slight difference!! Day four-WOW! I really see a difference in my chin! Day five- went on a diet and definitely helped lose the weight on my face quickly! Definitely recommend a keto diet Kinda forgot for a bit… 🤭 Day 6 ig..?- MY JAW HURTSSS but I slowly feel my face getting slimmer!! Day 7- my face had lifted!! (Like to remind me) 7 months later- imma be honest, this did absolutely nothing. I did this for a bit when I had a lot of face fat and nothing happened. My face is a lot slimmer now ( I don’t do these exercises anymore ) like all u need to do is eat healthy and exercise.

ive been doing this for a month now, and there has definitely been a huge difference. i started with a round face, with really fatty type cheeks that id look like a dumpling (im not joking sigh) anyways. now that its been a month, my face isnt as round and my fatty cheeks are gone now, i have the slim face i wanted! consistency is the key, you'll achieve your goals guys!

Something I notice is that you will not get results if you do it wrong (just like a workout). Ive noticed some small differences/changes that I made to be more accurate with this workout. This may include: making sure your using the right part of your hands and fingers, knowing where she is moving her hands/fingers, and lastly the movement of her hands/fingers. Im pretty confidient that I did this little face workout right because I literally feel it in my face every time. Im on a normal diet nothing special. so my important note is: *IF YOU DONT DO IT RIGHT YOU WILL NOT GET THE RESULTS* (like my comment so people can see this important information).

This is insane! I did this workout for two weeks and it really worked!! I finally have a toned jawline and my face is also less puffy! So if you have doubts for this workout, don‘t, just be consistent for a week. You can already see differences after one week! This is amazing!!

I did this a few days ago and the progress is great Day 1 - i felt refreshed but i didn't see much progress Day 2 - my face felt great i could see small differences Day 3 - i felt refreshed and i could see lots of progress Day 4 - i could 100% see a big difference, i'm so so happy u need to do this Day 5 - day 5 was easy, i only could do half of it as i had to go somewhere, but after i still could see difference Day 6 - today was good, i felt my face had been lifted and i felt very refreshed, and ill keep doing this! Day 7 - Week 2 Day 1 - Day 2 - Day 3 - Day 4 - Day 5 - Day 6 - Day 7 - Week 3

I did this for 1 month and yes I saw great results. All it needs is little consistency. Apply any serum or essential oil on your face before the exercise. It really relaxes the muscles. Really, i was struggling with double chin and face fat for years. But her exercises did wonders to my face. Definitely recommend. 👍🏻

heyyo! i’ve been doing this and the 7min face exercise for two days now (just finished doing my 2nd day like rn) and i think i see a difference! it may be a very very slight tiny difference, though it’s still a difference nonetheless. i’m gonna keep doing this two times a day and i’ll keep this updated :D day 3 ✅✅ morning ✅ tbh i didn’t really do it in the morning cause i was a lil’ busy, but since it’s before night ima just say it counts night ✅ done! probably gonna go to bed soon now day 4 ✅✅ morning ✅ done! this time i was actually able to do it in the morning so yay night ✅ done! btw i might add a new exercise for my face tomorrow morning, not sure which one tho day 5 ✅❌ morning ✅ done! i woke up super early today so i might as well just do it. also i ended up not adding a new exercise so yeahh, but i might at night night ❌ over slept 😭 i took a nap and ended up sleeping for too long :/ i’ll just do it twice in the morning day 6 ✅✅ morning ✅ done! did this and the 7min exercise twice because i didn’t do it last night. also i think i see another difference???? it’s not big but it’s still a difference so yay night ✅ done! no difference, though it does feel more refreshing than the previous days ngl day 7 ✅❌ morning ✅ oops i forgot to update that i did this in the morning night ❌ ended up not actually doing it cause i was tired. i’ll do it twice in the morning like before. day 8 ✅❌ morning ✅ done! did it twice just like i said. night ❌ was very tired so i went to bed 😭 i’ll do it twice in the morning day 9 ❌❌ morning ❌ busy :/ night ❌ also busy 😭 i gotta make up for this later on day 10 yall i’ve been very busy recently so i think i’m gonna stop updating :/ overall this and the 7min exercise did not do that big of a difference to my face, though tbh i haven’t been eating as healthy as i should have. please don’t let this stop you from doing these though! i may start updating again but idk. welp with that said, have a good day everyone

As mentioned in the description box we should do it twice in a day : Morning and Night for getting fast results. Also use moisturizer or oil and then do this exercise for relaxing facial muscles.

Edited. Been doing this daily for 2 months without fail. My report. First two weeks: At first nothing happened, my face muscles just hurt a bit. A week in I noticed my cheeks were smaller so kept at it. At the second week the exercise that was giving me trouble (thumbs under the chin and message upwards) was going smooth as butter. My Face is a bit slimmer now but more importantly more define. I'll Keep at it. EDIT 13th of Jan Today I've been doing these daily for a month. I think it's really noticeable now. My face is slimmer with more definition around the jawline. Double chin is still a work in progress but I think it's slowly working. EDIT 13th of Fen Last update. My cheeks slimmed down and I get the impression my whole face lifted up a bit. Jawline is notable now which is impressive considering I have a round face. My second chin is still there sadly. Reduced and more tight if that makes any sense but still refusing to leave. These are now part of my daily routine so will keep at it but this is my last update. Results:- Slimmer cheeks, sharper jawline and lifted face. Reduced double chin but not by much.

@@corinne8560 I think the biggest change for me was the cheeks and the jawline. I have a round face so it's all cheeks, they really slimmed down since I started in December. I was hopping my second chin would be fixed but I guess 10 minutes won't fix what 20 years of slacking have done. Still doing those daily and I do think they work just slowly not like the miraculous changes the comments are making them seem to be.

Will do this for a month🥳 Day 1: my face is kinda red but i feel good! Day 2: no changes but ig its improving Day 3: I feel fresh and happy Day 4: I AM SEEING CHANGES OMG IM SO HAPPY Day 5: ❎️ (i got no time.. was busy studying for exams) Day 6: i feel gooood! Day 7: cant even explain how happy i am.. im seeing changes lessgooo! Day 8: i feel so happy.. my face has got slimmer than day 1 ! Day 8: my face feels so fresh and lifted! Day 9: im not lying, but my face has gotten slimmer, and it is lifted as well! 🎀✨️ Day 10: seeing a lottt of changes.. im hwppyy (Also, now ill update at the end of the month pls like if u see my comment for a reminder.) guys if you want to get proper result.. you have to maintain your diet too! dont skip a day.

Doing this everyday for 2 weeks Day 1- ✅️ my cheeks are tingling a little bit Day 2- ✅️ no diffrence, did it again today Day 3- skipped busy Day 4- ✅️ Day 5- ✅️ my cheek bones hurt a bit, i recommend doing other work outs too with more movement in face muscle all together, still no change (Sorry guys i fell back a bit, ill continue today)

I started this exercise today, going to keep it up for at least 2 weeks to see the results. Day 1: Did it once. I have no visible jawline and my face is a bit chubby (will update tomorrow) Day 2: Did it twice today. I felt pain in my neck while exercising, extending up to the jaw area. Day 3: I did the exercise once. My jaw and neck hurt more. Day 4: Okay, so I forgot to update yesterday. I did the exercise once. A friend commented that my face looks slimmer, so I guess the exercise is working. The jaw hurts the same. I'm going to start today's exercise. Day 5: I did the exercise once, and my jaw didn't hurt as much today. My face looks slimmer (including the chin), but I also want to mention that I've been focusing on my diet along with exercise-cutting down on sugar, eating less junk, and drinking a lot of water. Day 6: I did it once today. I might sound like I'm exaggerating, but trust me, my face fat has reduced significantly. My chin has also improved. I love the exercise and plan to increase the quantity.

Thanks Mizi for all your workouts. I've been doing these now since one month , and results are amazing. Along with this I'm doing other full body workouts too and eating only healthy food, changes are noticeable in one month only.

I’m going to try this for two weeks (with rest days) and see how it goes. Day I: Finished. Day II: Finished. Day III: Finished. Day IV: (Rest day) Day V: Finished. Day VI: Finished. Day VII: (Rest day) Week 2: Day VIII: Finished. Day IX: )I didn’t have time to.) Day X: Finished. Day XI: Finished. Day XII: (Rest day) Day XIII: Finished. Day IV: Finished. Result: My face has noticeably slimmed down, and my jawline is more defined. I’ll keep doing these exercises, but I won’t update daily. I recommend doing it with rest days if you want good results. (:

i didn't keep track of each day but I definitely see the improvement of my face and especially my jaw. additionally, what I observe in myself is this also helps me emotionally and mentally in seeing my face in a beautiful light. it is really not bad or ugly. it's fine, it is pretty enough either doing this workout or not.

I was naturally born with chubby cheeks and I remember around 3 years ago I was cursing my mother because she gave those features, even though she always called my face beautiful. I feel my brother has a major role in this insecurity because he always asks why my face is fat and I asked my mom if my face actually was and she denied and said girls in Korea get plastic surgery to get my face shape but I don’t believe a single word she said. My brother also said I was fat because of my cheeks just today and now I just feel shattered because I was doing chubby cheek exercises and listening to subliminals all night long for 3 days straight to just get a slim face.. Though, I know if I give up now I’ll never see the day I get my results so I’ll keep trying❤️❤️

So have been doing this for about 2 weeks now ( Btw I'm a male ) and I can say for sure that this have helped with the face fat and the duble chin. If you do the this exercise and don't get any result then maybe rethink if you are doing the exercise right, In my cause I always makes sure that I feel that my neck and chin are being stretched on every stretching exercises. A bit of background on why I started, I went down on weight from 75kg(165 lmb) to 67kg(147 lmb) by moving more and eating more healthy food, My face did shrink too on this weight lost but not on the level that i wished for. My main issue was the dubble chin, my main goal was to shave my face without being embarrased of my duble chin. I did this exercise twice a day for the first 10 days and then I did it once the last 4 days, I think twice is the best way to go and my only excuse is that I got lazy. Results? Face fat: This is where I got my biggest improvement, I dont have that round face look that I have almost had my whole life anymore. Double chin: I have shaved my face now and can say that the impovements if good enough to feel comfortable with a shaved face. Can it improve more? Yes problebly my I cant really see my Double chin anymore if I dont force it ofc. So my final tip from my experience: The exercise only 9 minuts so put some effort on it, my face always feels warm after the exercise.

I do the both 7 minute and this one right after I do my arm workout from this channel, honestly the face ones are relaxing and I see improvement of the arms too, it’s been about 2 days of doing both and I’ll update on the result! Update since you guys were asking! I definitely saw some improvement it definitely got ride of nearly all of my double chin after a week unfortunately I couldn’t continue because I was staying somewhere and I couldn’t do it but after a week it got rid of nearly all of my double chin, god my side profile looking right for school!

I'll try this for a month, for now I'm starting off as skeptical but if many people are saying it's working for them then I'll try it. Day 1: 11/5/2023 Time: 11:37pm - I've completed the first day/night! My jawline feels a little more stretched out than usual like most people are saying, so good sign I guess?? ✅ Day 2: 11/6/2023 Time: 11:47am - Completed ✅ Day 3: 11/7/2023 Time: 5:57pm - Completed ✅(Before doing the routine, my jaw and my neck felt a little tighter than typical and my face feels stretched again.)

Over the past few years i have been so insecure with my big face and puffy cheeks. This video was a lifesaver! I have been doing this on a daily basis for a week now and i can already see so many results! My face is less puffy, less big and less round. My jawline is sharper! I just wanted to say this honest to god works. Ive been doing it for about a week now. I’m already slim and didnt plan on losing weight so i figured my face wes already kinda small so its just my bone structure…. Cut to 6 days after doing this as well as her double chin exercise 2x a day and i seriously notice a difference! My v line is more defined and my face is even more symmetrical. Idk how it works but its seriously doing wonders for me!! My mom and little sister even commented she sees a difference and they were initially sceptical cause i wasn’t going to diet or lose weight! Ahhh im so happy!!!!

I will do this for 2 weeks 😁💪🏾 🌸Day 1 : (firstly I have a routine where I cut off all junk food in my diet and eat my first meal at 12pm and my last meal at 6pm. In between I drink lots of water and if I do get hungry small healthy snacks are acceptable). secondly my jaw hurts just a tad bit and my face looks less puffy🌸 🩵Day2: to keep it short and simple I’ve noticed this exercise helps with the bloating in my face 🩵 🌸Day3 : did this when I woke up and ive noticed a slight difference!!!🌸 🩵Day4: I noticed a huge difference, my face looks slimmer now definitely gonna continue this🩵

Gonna try 1 week (might bump up to 2 weeks if I get through week 1) Day 1 ✅- No change, but I definitely feel a little more refreshed Day 2 ✅- Little to no change, feeling great though!! (My face is a tiny bit red this time around) Day 3 ✅- seeing slight changes Day 4 ✅ - aight, so far I’m doing it daily! Which is great!! the differences are minimal so far, but I can see that my cheekbones are becoming slightly more defined. Day 5 ✅- Ok. I kid you not, my Chin shrunk!!! Even if the change isn’t huge ITS THERE, AND IM SEEING IT. It’s pretty remarkable when I compare it to my Day 1 pic Day 6 ✅- yeah almost done!! My chin has definitely shrunk!! For anyone who plans on doing these types of videos, what helped me is keeping track on a calendar. Instead of keeping it on your phone, tracking it on a calendar helps you to remember and see your commitment towards it. You all are beautiful and you got this!❤

Doing this everyday til i’m happy with my face shape and i will be providing real helpful updates for anyone who needs it Day 1- obviously not a big change if any but my jaw is tired and my face has that after workout kind of burn!! Day 2- My face doesn’t feel so swollen and i’m noticing small changes like a more formed jawline!! Day 3- my face is slowly developing that healthy look and feeling, It’s starting to look more lifted!!

Doing this for 2 weeks 2 to 4 times a day: Day 1: did it 2 times. My face feels different and good. Not a big difference but still a change 😊 Day 2:could not do it as much because i was out and busy but i did it once Day 3: remind meee

I'll do this for as long as i can, and i'll update everyday. 1. Day: my face feels kinda sore but i feel good. 2. Day: I cant see results yet, but it feels nice while doing it. 3. Day: My face is a little more defined ig? 4. Day: Idk if its just me but i feel like my face is more in shape.

I've done this a couple of days now and... omg the WAY my face burns. I didnt know you could exercise YOUR FACE so intensely! Ill be back in a couple of weeks.

Goal: Do this until the end of January! 💗💗 Day 1: ✅ Did this bc I couldn’t sleep Day 2: ✅ Day 3: ✅ Day 4: ✅ Day 5: ✅ Day 6: ✅ so far no changes except my skin got better from this?😭idk how that happened Day 7: ✅ Day 8: ✅ Day 9: ✅ Day 10: ✅ praying I pass the exam and survive through extra currs tmr Day 11: ✅ only half 😢 Day 12: ✅ Day 13: ✅ Basically, this exercise only minimized my double chin by a little bit so I’m planning on continuing it after a break! New goal: Until I see good changes!! (Also pairing this up with another exercise for face fat) Day 1: ✅ Day 2: ✅ Day 3: ✅ going thru a lot rn, hopefully something good will happen! 🙏🙏 Day 4: ✅ Day 5: ✅ Day 6: ✅ next class I’ll get my grades back! Hope I did okay 😭 Day 7: ✅ 3 more days till getting my grades back Day 8: ✅ Day 9: ✅ little life update!! Got my grades back early and I didn’t do that bad + lost some face fat!!😁 Day 10: ✅ Day 11: ✅ almost skipped but changed my mind later

@@Usernotfound87 its actually my Fifth day doing this im just to lazy going back So in my 2nd day. My cheekbones hurt idk if its normal but i guess its slowly working. In double chin i slowly notice its getting smaller as i expected combined with proper diet. I need to look wierd like shrink my neck in order to see my Double chin loooll i think this video helps But on side view idk if its working but ofcourse you need patience to achieve it Now for face fat i notice my jawline improving But i quite not see improvements on my cheeks because my cheeks are my main problem why i watched this video but somehow i get my face more ovaly. I dont really know if its working on cheeks but i think you need to combine it with cardio ezercise or exercise to make this happend AND ALSO - If you doing this video now I recommend to wash your hands before doing it Idk if its ok to wash face after this but atleast eash your face before doing. I notice my face having acne marks like small slice on my face thats why wash it

hey guyss..so i am very chubby and today i decided to start working on myself..so i will try my LEVEL BEST to keep a track for me as well as yall..plss remind me if i forget❤ well starting today(30/3/24) day 1- nothing much but smh my facw feels fresh and light!! day 2- it feels good but i guess a little more painful than yesterday but not much changes will keep updating :)

I've been doing this for the last 2 days, and I have to say (without being delusional) that I can already see my skin has tightened a bit. Not necessarily in my face, but more in my neck and under my chin. But you have to remember to do each movement correctly; quality over quantity. I'll update as I go along. It's day 3 and I am very serious about seeing changes, my jaw is more defined already. This is definitely effective and has good results pretty quickly when you use the right technique. Day 4: Still seeing defining in my facial features Day 5: Done. Still feeling good about the results so far. Day 6: Done Day 7: Done. My face looks quite different. Cheekbones, jawline, chin, even my neck. It's all more defined. Day 8: Done, feeling pretty today. Day 9: Done Day 10: Done Day 11: Done Day 12: Done I'll keep going and just update everyone couple days.
