ok wow i loved this. It was not too hard but i really felt the burn and it was soooo nice. Also, my wrist hurts like shirt these past month and yesterday it just got worse, so i was happy that there were no high planks or stuff in there.

I loved this workout soooooo much! It wasn’t too difficult that I was just flailing my body around, but it gave me a slow and controlled burn. Love it!

I'm gonna write how it's going to motivate people out there : Day 1:harder than expected but feeling fine Day 2:really hard Day 3:hard but getting used to the movements (abs starting to appear) Day 4:i tried another abs workout from hers Day 5:i did a Pamela reif abs workout *Skipped for a week*
