Really sweaty! I like this walking in elbow plank and shoulder taps in bear position! Just added steps forward, backward and side to side moves. It’s fun👍😀🤚
Rare to see an ab workout with posterior chain exercises thrown in. Excellent! In one of Tim Ferris’ latest podcasts he interviews a renowned back expert who believes over developed abs can actually contribute to lower back issues. So ab development and stretching is important but developing the opposing muscles in the posterior chain is just as important. Appreciate your approach and expertise!

Hey Cara! Try consciously relaxing your neck & keep your head in a neutral position. We tend to stiffen up through the whole body while training which can sometimes lead to pain 😊.
