I am 62 and not as nimble as you. I can't do the routine as correctly as you. I do feel a burn but I am cheating. I could do with a routine that would prepare me better for this challenge. I attempt this exercise after I have worked out with kettlebell or stretch band. Thanks for posting it is an eye opener
Thank you so much for all your videos. I do 20 min per day of abs but i don’t know how to get back to a seated position from a leaning position. Ex: going from low boat to high boat. It would be nice to have a demo explaining what we could do to get there (one day!😊) Thank you!
