Fabulous tips!!!🥑 I have to admit that I have hated abdominal workouts for 10 years. Sophie, you honestly changed this because I started to FINALLY notice results with your techniques. As a male, and I tell my wife this all the time, it is probably the hardest workout in the gym. Even over squats! Look forward to all your videos. Cheers!!! 💪😊

This is one of the first ab workouts that didn't make me sweat a lot but made my stomache and legs hurt. Very intense and i love that the video has actual breaks in it so i can cool off. Will be doing this for 2 weeks hopefully and i will keep track in the comments!! Starting weight: around 70 kgs Height: around 1.72 cms Age :14 Female Day 1: Pretty cool planks threw me off a bit Day 2: Same thing Day 3: Added her glutes workout and i already feel a tiny difference and lower stomache area has been hurting Day 4: Got my period at school so no glutes for a few days also could only do one plank Day 5: Im getting used to the planks but literally dead right now Day 6: Was out all day so i counted it as my rest day Day 7: Still kind of tired so i didnt do the dibs Day 8: Did her glutes Day 9: Day 10: Day 11: Day 12: Day 13: Day 14:

Thissssss was amazing. I workout daily and I get bored from time to time. I workout with a trainer but I do a lotttt at home. I needed this. My abs feel great.

I just tried this with 2.5 lbs ankle weights on each ankle and my abs are on absolute fire... took me a little closer to 15 min. but I did it 🔥💪

I just want to say I've been doing your series of videos for a few weeks and absolutely love them! They're just the right amount of time and intensity to keep motivated to do them every night. I definitely see and feel a difference - obviously, in such a short time, no, no obvious six pack yet but definitely feeling more toned and seeing some definition! I'm really grateful for your videos and look forward to continuing with the series!

That was really good and see the snapshot video of what coming next was really helpful...I do have a request though...are you planning to put more videos where each exercise are 30s each so no rest in between? Those were the ones where my abs used to burn a lot!

I like the new format. And I've been doing sports with you since the winter, when I discovered your channel. What I think you should add to videos at the end is at least 1-2 minutes in which the person has time to press the like button because I don't even manage to get up from the mattress and the video is already over. Thanks for what you're doing! A couple suggestions and observations: - you doing multiple abs videos is actually a good thing - I search for such stuff all the time and it's satisfying to have variation - for me music with words is working better than without; it can be different for different people; maybe you should include "music with words" or "music with no words" I actually think more people will find you this way + maybe the RU-vid algorithm will learn from it and will show your videos in search more often

Different ab workouts help different regions of the abs and some are more intense

@@coleschiman2905 you change up your intensity of training with upper body and glutes but abs are very different. You don’t have to have a specific training for them. You’re not training them to grow in size, jus to make them strong. You can literally just do the same routine your whole life 😀

Actually no You have to change your ab routine often for it to be challenging or else your muscles will get used to it As a matter of fact abs are also muscles which GROW and tone

@@heatherwillson5078 that's not even true lol. apart from the simple fact that some people just LIKE variety, it's also a fact that the muscles get used to the same exercises over and over again. that's why when doing reps u have to at least add weights to continue making progress.

I am continuing to ask viewers what I should do to achieve a smooth feminine bikini model tummy. I dont like the ripped masculine look that she has. Ripped bubble abs are for men. Will someone please help me figure out if I should do less reps of these excersises or is there a way to avoid a man's ripped belly? Thank you for any help everyone.

You won’t get abs like hers from just doing workout videos she does way more intense workouts to get those. So I’d say that doing these videos will be fine because really all it’ll do is tone you a bit
