Been using the stepper for past 10 days and the results r spectacular. My knees used to be weak and I needed to wear knee braces , now the muscles around my knees seems to be building up to reduce the stress on the knees . The best part is I can use it on some of my teleconference calls where I am not doing anything active

I have one for 13 years and it’s still going, I had to weld part of it about 10 years ago and it’s going since. You really need will power to do it though, When I start gaining weight I use it 3 times a day 20 minutes each time at a fast pace. They still great for cardio as it gets your ticker racing.
Hello! I love this way of working out and I am willing to try it. However, my question is how many calories can I burn if I do this for 30 minutes a day. I am looking for a way to be in a calorie deficit but still enjoy the workout and gave result. Would you please able to share your opinion? Thank you in advance
Depends. Everyones BMI is a little different and also the way their body reacts to exercise. If you have a fitness watch many of them track your caloric burn for your workouts! a very broad range of calories you may burn in 30 min of usage could be 200-400 calories. if you eat 3 meals a day at 500 calories thats 1500 calories so this exercise would help reduce 200-400 which would bring you in a approximate deficit at 1200 depending on your BMI.
hi new to steppers, i want to order one on amazon, its the smaller one " sunny advanced stepper" my question is will i still acheive a great workout with it? I am looking to tone my flabby thighs, and also uplift my sagging butt been bedridden for over a year so need my butt uplifted again. Which stepper do you recommend for a greater thigh and butt workout to acheive my goals? Is this side swivel stepper a better option for more butt and thigh workout or both machines work the same? this is where i am not sure which stepper to buy. thanks so much God Bless
I had broken femur and that for now want to use this machine for my butts, squads and thigh muscles build up. Can same steps to follow to focus these muscles building?
We recommend that you clear any and all exercise with your doctor before participating. Stepping on a mini stepper is a great way to strengthen your glutes, hamstrings, quads, and calves as they provide resistance during each step. This workout is a great choice for strengthening these muscles, while using the support of a handlebar for safety.
Thank you for your question. Our steppers do not have a speed setting so all you have to do is set the height top what you like and go! If you have any further questions, please feel free to contact Customer Support via email at support@sunnyheathfitness.com.
Hi there can you make videos step by step for multifunctional exercise stepper I gain weight this pandemic I need to burn fats I love watching your videos I think you can help me to be fit again
Thank you for your question. Unfortunately, our steppers do not have adjustable resistance, however the resistance will get easier as the machine heats up while in use. If you have any further questions as to how our steppers work, please feel free to contact us at support@sunnyhealthfitness.com.
hi i have two questions will using the stepper help to lose weight in the stomach area and upper body aswell? Also will the stepper cause me to get bigger calves?
Thank you for reaching out! This is a great cardiovascular workout that can be used for weight loss, and to strengthen and tone muscles in your lower body including your calves. We'd like to note, that spot reducing fat in specific areas isn't possible, and some people lose fat in some areas faster than others. However, it is possible to achieve fat loss while using a routine like this regularly! We recommend repeating this routine a few times through as you get stronger and fitter to continue to challenge your cardiovascular fitness, and burn even more calories.
Hi, this model seems to be sold out in website. What's the difference between this model and the new one(Fitness Stepper Machine) in the website? They seem so similar. Also, how to prevent the squeaking sound ??🤣

Im 6'2 and used to weigh 94.2 kgs 3weeks ago Now im 92.7kgs after 1000steps(5days a week, taking 15-20minutes each day to log 1000steps) I was able to step 2000 today while listening to music(somehow it provided a boost) my question is, can i get a fitter chest by just using this? I used to have a big belly 3weeks ago but now i can see it change and become lesser. I am bad at doing pushups as i cant even do 10properly
Wow!! Great job!! I would say to continue to incorporate a pushup workout routine with the stepper to help you with your chest. Music is great to keep the mind occupied while exercising.
@@psychowarrior5752where are you now, in weight? I gained a lot during the pandemic and not only that, we had a son during the pandemic, sucks, I know. But I am looking at one of this style and get on it. Good job. Hope you the best.
@@DSPNWtoCali stress of high school made me gain weight, luckily after I entered college I started eating healthy as in, I quit sugar and went down from 87 kgs to 80.5 in about a month( I admit I starved myself at times too so don't do that), I did exercise twice a week, squats on Sunday and Saturday for training my legs and 10 Pushups per day(this was after I lost my weight down to 87 from 92 cuz I wasn't able to do pushups when I was above 90), I would say try to eat healthy, the stepping machine didn't help me much but changing my snacks from chips and soda to almonds and bananas helped a lot. Plus I don't have much stress as I had in high school, I wish you all the best for your child, remember not to take life seriously, that viewpoint also made me more confident in dealing with things like group projects and shit( I had social anxiety and stress due to social anxiety in school)
If you're doing this for 2 hours I do not see you maintaining weight unless you scarf mountains of food! 2 hours could burn 800-1000 calories potentially.
If you were to find a cardio piece that combines both lower stepping and upper arms climbing motions, in a safe, non impact vertical workout, a person would only need to spend 20 min burning highest amounts of calories - that would be the go to piece for effectiveness.
Thank you so much for reaching out to us! Unfortunately, the resistance can't be adjusted on our mini steppers! The resistance is designed to give a challenging workout for your lower body.
Hi there! The handle is made specifically for this machine. Feel free to reach out to us if you have any questions about this! Our team can be reached at support@sunnyhealthfitness.com - Thank you!
Can using a stepper help/count towards daily step intake? Usually it’s recommended to get 10,000 steps in a day, so can you count the steps used on the stepper as part of your daily step intake?
This is going to sound really strange. I bought the exact stepper machine as in the video. I can make the pedals go down, but no matter what motion I do (besides manually lifting them with my hand) I can't make the steps rise. Which means I can't use the machine. Can I get a little help. I have tried everything.
Hey, I know u commented a while ago but I had the exact problem but I fixed it by putting the pulley cable back in place over the wheel on the bottom. Now the steps rise properly
I hope you resolved your problem, but in case you haven't this video may help you. I had the same problem as you and I fixed it following the directions on minute 2:40 of the video. ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-y5ehYJn8kkU.html
Hi, thanks for the question! Quick steps are shallow and small, focused on moving as quickly as you can, while full steps are focused on driving with power all the way through (you should feel the footplate hit the base of the machine at the bottom of each full step).

If you are experiencing pain while using this machine, we recommend you stop using the unit and speak with your doctor or main healthcare provider to determine if this machine is the best fit for you.
Hi Michael, keep working at it. Just do what you can each time, and slowly work your way up to more time on your mini stepper. These little machines are built with plenty of resistance to make your workout challenging so 3 minutes is a great start!
@@SunnyHealthFitness Thank you so much to your videos. I’m working out daily with just the mini stepper and a set of resistance bands. My weight goal is at least 160 lbs. 🙏🏻
I think ur knees r hurting because u r not used to it. I had knee problems before I started using mini stepper. Now my knee problems have almost disappeared. The mini stepper seems to build muscles around knee joints.
Definitely! Stepping with a mini stepper is a great way to burn calories, regular use of this machine along with a balanced diet can help shed unwanted belly fat.
