Do this NO REPEAT 10 minute HOURGLASS abs workout! This one is a lower belly and oblique BURN. Just a reminder that you cannot SPOT REDUCE FAT. This workout will not exclusively BURN BELLY FAT! This workout will help to tone and strengthen those problem areas. Fat loss is an all over body process!

Remember the most important thing is to love your body even if its wide, thin, skinny, fat, all bodies are perfect! But heres a tip! If you really want to lose weight, do atleast 30 minutes of a workout but always rest in between! The most important thing is to be consistent. But as i said, all bodies are beautiful, dont hate it!❤

Committing to do 5 minutes is a tremendous accomplishment. I started for mobility, If I sleep too long I wake up achy, a 5 minute routine completely changes that! You're awesome for your commitment.

I'm so happy I found your channel. As a busy mother of 5 who also dances professionally, i don't have the time to work with a trainer because my schedule is so sporadic. I loved this workout so much!! 🫶🏻🫶🏻 I’m trying to stop forcing myself to do long workouts, instead focusing on doing what makes me feel good and less stressed. 10 minutes of abs a day is enough to maintain your core strength, and rest is so endlessly important; you deserve o nourish and be kind to your body no matter how much exercise you’ve done on any particular day. 💞💞

I really love your routines. Hard, but manageable. Only thing I needed to modify was the side crunch at 7:30 due to my past spinal injury. I just can´t hold my lower back in that position without pain in my spine. But it´s everyone´s responsibility to know what their bodies can manage.
