Good class for flexibility Charlie. You asked for feedback...I'd say for me personally your normal voice cues are spot on...getting towards minimal except where needed for example for new poses or creative transitions. That way I don't need to look at the screen much. (Having said that, you have a wide audience so of course you will cater for all across the lessons). I also look for peace in yoga and relax when stretching, so the authoritarian beeps would be better if replaced with soothing Tibetan gongs 🤣

Hi Charlie, welcome back, beautiful exercises but I prefer to hear your voice as if you were in the room with me while I try to do my best and I can follow your lessons without the eyes focusing on the video all the time. Bye bye da Laura.🤗😘. PS; last week I sent you an answer by email about "new program coming in june" but I'm not sure you've received it When you can, please check, maybe i made some mistake😅

It's really helpful to know that so many of you rely one my voice rather than the video itself which makes me feel really good that my cunning is clear enough not to need the video, so thank you for that. I defo prefer your usual yoga format with your calm and composed voice. This is too fitnessy for me, not really what I’m looking for in yoga 🤷‍♂️🙂

The moves were all good but the time was too short… a minute would have been perfect… and I didn’t like that there was no time given to shift into the next move. The music was also a bit too coffee club for my taste… mellow music without a strong bass beat would have made this intuitively relaxing.
