Thank you wow. I worked out for the first time in over a year yesterday and am SO sore I was getting desperate. I’m a nanny and literally just got down on the floor and did this with my nanny kids. I feel insanely better for how short this is

This is a great stretch for desk jobs. I work remotely so on our mini 10-15 min breaks I do this yoga every day. It’s really been helping sitting all day. ❤

Honestly shocked at how well this worked and how much it helped. My hamstrings and hips (really my whole lower half) has been so tight and in so much pain lately and I feel a thousand times better! Thanks :)

Thank you for this super short but sweet yoga practice! I was very lazy today, spent 2h on RU-vid, while laying in bed, and eating. But I decided that I don’t want to do just this! So I remembered about this practice, and even got my friend to do it with me (virtually)! So yeah, I feel so much better, just because I took 10 min to take care of myself

Always enjoy the challenge and release your videos provide, I am currently dealing with a strained hamstring that makes it super tight, and this sequence slowly eased it into feeling like it did pre-injury. Love to you two and your family, hope little one is thriving!

Woah, this was magical. I began working a desk job a few months ago and coming back to yoga, I couldn't do child's pose without feeling some pain on my hips. (Which was very very unusual for me, had never happened before). I feel so much better now after doing this practice. and it was just 10 minutes too!

this worked so well! i'm a weight lifting beginner and my legs have been so sore and this made the pain go down by at least 80%!! great stuff

I dont know if it was my tension and stress, or your energy and soothing voice telling me to let it all go but in pigeon, I started to feel it leaving my body and started to cry. Thank you. You earned a like and a follow. I will continue to look to your videos for relief. Thank you.

Love that reverse pigeon pose 💙 this felt really great after a long run, it's more like a short vinyasa practice rather than a yin practice which feels better sometimes I didn't think it was rushed :]

Juliana! You’re the best. I’ve recruited my husband to do yoga with you. He says he never thought it would lessen his life anxiety. Now we exercise to your videos daily. Can you create a video to strengthen the neck muscles. I have herniated discs in the neck and would love to strengthen my neck muscles. Thanks a bunch
