Have you noticed increased strength /body shape changes/flexibility since you started? Or less anxiety? I'm a couple weeks in only, which is still a record for me
@jen - my ability to stay rooted in the now has increased, I am stronger (my arms are like woah 😂) and definitely more flexible. I take it easy on myself and do what I can. My current goal is to work on my alignment and make sure I am focusing on all of me in poses. I was so hip focussed before I think I lost some other body benefit from certain poses. You got this!!!!!
This stretch got my nose flowing. I have issues with a stuffy nose all day everyday. I have to drain constantly. During the second downward dog, started to clear, blew my nose, I feel clear. Thank you so much :)

Thanks so much for giving such kind instructions throughout - most of the time with “power” yoga classes, I enter with a mindset of “having” to nail each pose in the most difficult level, and your gracious reminders to modify if needed and lead with our OWN breath pattern was really helpful for me. I always watch your videos and I find that your morning yogas are my favorite! I consider myself a beginner at yoga although I've been doing it for a while. This is probably the hardest one I've done because of how fast it was lol! I loved it though and I was able to keep up which I'm super proud of myself for, it definitely had my blood flowing and heart pumping.

Good Morning Bird! This is my new favorite 10 minute Morning Yoga Session. You presented yet another pose that I had not experienced before, a pose similar to a dancer's pose, but on the floor, made me concentrate on balance, very nice. Thank you for your videos. I had been doing 12h days this week and will try more next month/year, in a manufacturing job. I was looking for yoga videos to try and restore the body after those long days all this week. I had tried some yoga videos in the past, but yours maybe me truly appreciate yoga and get happy/excited about doing it. Your videos are simple, clear, calm and still achieve to feel welcoming and calming. You are also offering all kind of lengths and difficulties so to have choice in what to do. When I come back on a very exhausted day, 15min might seem too much, and so the 5 min full body stretch helps a lot. I just wanted to at least show my appreciation for this work you put out there for free. So again, thank you ❤️

I loved the yoga in this I felt genuinely challenged and connected with my body… is there any way that you could make the same version but slowed down a bit… I feel as though I would have wanted a deeper stretch in the beginning motions!
