Great question about breathing! Breathing is such an important part of Pilates. We focus on coordinating breath with movement to enhance the mind-body connection. Try inhaling to prepare and exhaling during the effort of each exercise. This helps engage your core and gives you more power. There are videos here where I focus and verbalise the breathing more, but I'm not sure of exactly which videos, sorry. What part of breathing do you find most challenging?
