I felt like my form was much better because of the great instructions. I drive for average 8 hours a day and was starting to feel like I was losing strength in my lower back and core. I was also feeling some pain in the back of my neck and shoulders. This quick workout really helped the circulation and wake up my muscles. I loved it. I'm going to do this everyday. Love the quality of production.
I’m a new mom and there is so much rounding forward in my day, my back has thrown out twice now in the last 7 months, I was very active during my pregnancy and kept pretty strong but even at that the postural changes are so huge daily with breast feeding, playing, changing, cleaning being tired etc. highly recommend this to new moms, my chiropractor said the back needs endurance training and this is totally it because no breaks but short and sweet. It’s been helping with back pain and I find it challenging which does mean I need it!
I have been doing 90% of this sequence for weeks now and it really helps keep my backpain in check! It is harder than it looks, and i had to start with taking breaks in between, but now i can do it all and added a couple more exercises as well 😊 my body feels really good after doing it! My goal is to keep doing it every single day!
Thanks for sharing. This definitely motivates me more to add this to my daily routine. I'm happy to hear about your progress. I'm no stranger to back pain so I feel you. It can be debilitating and really effect your quality of life. I wish you a healthy and happy life.
Thank you Chloe! 65 male with lower back issues--disk and vertebrae issues--and very happy to have found this workout. Very clear instructions, not hard on the back at all and not too long. One thought: your pace is a touch quick.
This is my third time doing this workout spread across about a week or two and I'm already noticing a difference in my after work back pain. Thank you 🙏
I have really bad chronic pain and depression + adhd so I'm so grateful for such a quick and effective strengthening workout (my severe lower back tension is already feeling better after doing this only once so far!!) While also being really empathetic and supportive in your instruction 😊 I get intimidated by the videos where the trainer is too intense and less relatable so this workout really helped me! Thank u ☺️🩷
I suffer from the same too. It's really tough to dig yourself out. The ADHD doesn't help either right? I means chronic pain and depression is enough! I'm so glad to hear this is helping you. I feel a difference from one try. Thanks for sharing and motivating me to do this everyday.
ahh really. interesting. maybe you should tell them to rename the video @ 0:16 @@pinkhope84 or maybe don't correct people when you don't know what you're talking about
Packaging: It came in a sturdy rectangular cardboard box that said Yoga on it. ru-vid.comUgkxZkaD2JsPC-fUMkF3vxJ2echoiXZ3T9aM I didn't like how it let possible package thieves know what might be contained inside but great packaging otherwise. The yoga mat came rolled up in a plastic wrap, which was fairly easy to remove.Contents: I got the green yoga mat and it came with an adjustable velcro carrying strap already secured to the mat. There was also a warranty card. There was a bit of a plastic smell coming form the yoga mat but it quickly dissipated after using it once.I've only used the yoga mat twice so far but I am loving it. It's such a game changer to my work outs, especially compared to my bed and floor, haha! I can confirm that it very thick, slip resistant, and comfortable. i didn't look at the dimensions prior to buying the mat, but it is so much longer than I expected! Width is normal size in my opinion. I don't know if it really is tear resistant yet... only time will tell!
I’m currently struggling with a disc herniation and have been informed to consider Pilates to help support and strengthen my back so it has brought me to you 😊 If you have any recommendations for what videos of yours I should do together and add in as a routine please let me know! Thanks you for sharing these videos so we can practice Pilates at home ❤
I try to do short 10-15 minute workouts on different parts of the body. This gave the tummy, core and back something different. I like a variant and this ticked the boxes! Thank you. X
Definitely feel like I did a work out. Sore muscles but feel like they definitely stretched further than normal. Thank you for making this easy to understand and follow.
Cool down with Physical Therapist, Dr. Winnie Yu, in this 16 Minute Mobility and Stability Workout for Back Pain: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-5EwfVltleEk.html
This was a great workout. It helped me identify where I'm at balance wise getting back into workouts. I was able to do most of the things without much wobbling. The elbow to knee made my hip pinch so I had to stop 2 short on both sides. Ill definitely keep this up.
Felt great! Thank you. My last job killed my health; very physical, improper tools for the job, mandatory overtime, and split shifts, now I'm trying to claim my youth back, thank you for such a satisfying video.
Okay i like that you was so encouraging and clear without music. i dont know if i did the exercices wrong, ( i pretty sure i was attentive with my posture and everything tho) the title was core and back strenghtning, all i felt getting hot was my arms muscles, nothing in my back...
Somebody mentioned pilates whipping their butts into shape and was wondering how so cos I thought of all the yoga stretching I always do, now I know and I'm subscribed

Had a spinal surgery about 6 weeks ago, was pretty bed bound for 6mths before that so I've lost a lot of muscle tone in my legs (visible difference between legs) and my core is shot. Feel like jelly, am very warm and my heart rate is high but I made it, though with lots of shaking and wabbles
This video is great but I like it when there is a full program of yoga and guided meditation at the end like this on ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-rB4vyFgKsJE.html Please do something like this. ♥
Wow! That😅 was challenging even though it was simple and short 😊I absolutely feel the burn and strength coming to my weak spine 😅 thx u thx u will do again and again 😁🎉❤
I wasn’t think about how much sitting I do in life and how out of shape I am. I’m completely out of breath but will be doing this every day until it’s easy. With light walking. Thank you so much
these exercises are hard for me. I had been bed-bound for a year until I finally had a spinal fusion. I am not sure if it is atrophy or what. But I will continue to try.
Im doing percussion and i have to carry tenors and i need strength for my back and core i hope this works it did give me a pain afterwards which i have to get used to but really good workout
I am looking to find some strength to help me do the headstand. I don't really know how to make my core stronger the most manageble way, hope this short rutine will help.
Glad you enjoyed it! We think you'll like Kat's 10 Minute Core, Back and Arm Strength workout, check it out: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-kipfasXHBz4.html
hi !! can you explain how this strengthens the core? i'm trying to strengthen my core for a dance routine and i would just like to understand how it activates it!
If you're not doing these things already, try to actively engage your core, and spread your fingertips so you distribute your weight through your entire hand instead of only the wrist.
I thought this was going to be easy but here I am sweating & with arms shaking & the realization that I probably won’t be able to do anything w my arms tomorrow
We recommend a good stretch before and after a workout whenever possible! Here’s one for you ✨: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-1Oth0Goz7-Y.html
