▶▷How long does weight loss take to show up?
The time it takes for weight loss to show is that everyone is different, depending on a person’s body fat percentage, gender, diet, exercise habits, etc.. It takes at least two weeks and significant weight loss and muscle gains will take approximately eight weeks to see. Healthy weight loss is anywhere from 1 to two pounds per week.
▶Calories: 100~300 calories in 10 min workouts (Depends on your weight, height, gender, and muscle mass, the activity level, body fat percentage, etc.….
▣My Height: 164. 8 // Weight: 44kg ~ 45kg // Body Type: between Mesomorph and Hourglass
▶▷For teenagers- It's important for teens to lose weight the healthy way by making diet and lifestyle changes that nourish growing bodies and can be followed long term.
1) firstly think of a healthy eating plan, not diet; Fruits and vegetables every day. .. ( healthy eating doesn't mean going hungry)
2) Do home workout 30 to 60 minutes a day three or four days a week-that's a start, including, aerobic activity are running, swimming, and dancing(not too much)
3) Get enough sleep

DOINGG THISS!! DAY(1): I sweated so much and j rlly felt that burn! DAY(2): when I woke up legs felt tight, I barely could walk but i did that work out and i think this is the best workout ever

Doing this!~ 20.1.2023 1: 🌼 done! My legs are burning but it will be worth it! I did every exercise well :) 2:. 🌼 Done! My legs are aching but again it's ok ☺️ I was sweating as hell after this 🔥 3:. 🌼 Done! My legs don't hurt as much and the exercises are easier to do! Still sweating ahhh 🔥 4: 🌼 done! I'm sweating!! 5:. 🌼 Done!!! I'm out of breath but it's worth it again I was sweating!! 6:. 🌼 Done! I'm not sweating as much but my legs r in pain 😭 7:. 🌼 Doneeeeee! I'm not sweating too much !! I see a little change with my legs and hips I have a little thigh gap and my outer legs look a bit smaller than before! 8:. 🌼 Done! I was sweating a lot again! Not too much pain in my legs 🤍🤍 9:.🌼 Done! Wasn't sweating as much the top of my thighs were aching a bit and after I finished my legs were a bit shaking but stopped after a while 🤍 10: I did it! It changed a bit but I got a bit slimmer defo recommend but do it for a month or something! Thanks Shirley!

Working out has always been so hard for me. I can't really find my motivation. I'm 238 pounds and I'm supposed to lose a lot of weight so I can enlist in the military but I just can't find the motivation. This year has been the worst year 😭 however watching your videos makes me so energized. I want to give this a try so I'll keep this posted. Please continue to motivate me 😔

@@cheeseandramen9730 oop sorry I forgot abt updating, but basically I did this for the 18 days and haven’t done it anymore since because I’m on vacation😅 so yeah, but this workout is really good! It dosent technically make them slimmer it just tones your legs because if you want slimmer legs you need to be in a calorie deficit but id say it toned my legs and slimmed my calves down a bit!👏🏽

So I’ll be updating you guys to see the changes, I’m also going to pair it with the 9 minute standing workout. “I’ll be doing 1-2 times a day depending on how busy I am” n another thing that I normally walk 1 hour a day and I’m trying to stay away from greasy food. ~1st week~ #1: it was tiring ngl but thankfully I made it through the whole workout. +I did the twist jump and the jumping jacks. #2: I woke up and my legs and back were so sore while doing the twist jump exercise I couldn’t last 10 seconds without taking a break my whole body was so sore but thankfully I didn’t give up and tried to do it again and I was so proud of myself. when I woke up there wasn’t any bloating like i usually have and I felt so happy. day 2 was a success. #3: the workout got some much easier I didn’t expect that to happen in 3 days i had so much fun doing this workout my body is a little sore but not like yesterday but after working out i felt so good! #4: i felt a little tired while doing the workout nothing else and the blotting it’s starting to fade away i went from 48kg to 47kg in just 4 days (without junk food etc..) I’ll keep doing this work until the end of the month. #5: wow I can’t believe that I lasted 5 days it was getting easier everyday nothing really changed #6: it’s wayyyy easier then the first day i even memorized the whole exercise i still get confused and lost on the warm ups but i still feel good and energized just go ahead and do this workout. #7: we made it through a whole week it was literally about to give bc of how much stress i was in but I always put in mind that when something you started you need to finish it! And ofc imagine myself with my dream body so that is keeping me motivated. Ok so the twist jump burn as hell so was the jumping jacks and the bloating is still there but it was much better then before. ~2nd week~ #8: didn’t exercise today cuz i had a lot of school work #9: #10:

I have strated the 21 days weight loss workout day1 - it was pretty good day2-I did the entire workout expect 2 exercises but I always do 10 mins of weight lifting so i guess its ok day3-couldn't do all of it since i sprained my ankle yesterday but i still did 15 min workout with 10 min weight-lifting

Today I discovered this channel and I love this!!! This channel makes hard ones looks easy and super fun I have fat thighs and let's see if this works! Day 1- couldnt do it properly coz Its been 1 hour since I am exercising and I am gonna take a shower now! Sa fait longtemps je suit c’est exercice mais un moment part là fatigué j’ai tout arrête, aujourd’hui je reprends les exercices 😁 perso j’ai un planning je fais 2,3 exercice de finesse le mercredi et samedi et le reste de la semaine j’apprends des chorégraphies et je m’entraîne à danse J’ai commencé officiellement aujourd’hui pour rester en forme et ne rien lâcher 💪🏼

J-1:✅ Je l’ai fait je transpirer à mort mais j’ete fier de l’avoir fait J-2:✖️je l’ai pas fait j’avais la flemme J-3:✅Je l’ai fait j’ai super chaud et je transpire bcp 🥵 J-4:✖️ trop de crampes J-5: ✅ je ne voulais pas le faire normalement mais le soir vers 21h20 avant de prendre ma douche j’ai fait l’exercice 😮‍💨🥵🔥 J-6:
