📌 HOW MANY CALORIES do you burn during this one?
: The number of calories burned during a 10~15 minute home workout can vary based on factors like your weight, intensity of exercises, and specific exercises performed. On average, a moderate- intensity workout may burn around 50 - 300 calories in 15 minutes.
★How many times per week can you workout?
I recommend you do Three or Four times a week ( Ideal ).
But, if you're time constraints, you can do twice a week:)

▣ How long does weight loss take to show up?
The time it takes for weight loss to show is that everyone is different, depending on a person’s body fat percentage, gender, diet, exercise habits, etc.. It takes at least two weeks and significant weight loss and muscle gains will take approximately eight weeks to see. Healthy weight loss is anywhere from 1 to two pounds per week.

It's important for teens to lose weight the healthy way by making diet and lifestyle changes that nourish growing bodies and can be followed long term.
1)firstly think of a healthy eating plan, not diet; Fruits and vegetables every day. .. ( HEALTHY EATING DOESN'T MEAN GOING HUNGRY)
2)Do home workout 30 to 60 minutes a day three or four days a week-that's a start, including, aerobic activity are running, swimming, and dancing(not too much)
3) Get enough sleep
4) Protein to build muscles and organs

Guys i'm gonna do it for 2 weeks and give you update: Weight:68 or 67 Day1:✅ I found it super easy but sweat a lot Day2:✅ the same as the first day but my leg hurt me since i had done another workout Day3:✅ Day4:✅ Day5:✅ Day6:✅ ALMOST A WEEK 🎉 Day7:✅ HAPPY ONE WEEK Day8: ❌ I couldn't do it but tomorrow i'll do it twice Day9: ✅ I did it twice (only four days to go) Day10:✅ Day11:✅ WOHOO ALMOST DONE Day12:✅WOHOOOO 2 MORE DAYS Day13:✅ ONLY ONE DAYYY Day14: ✅WOOHOOO DID IT Results: SO IT DOES WORK LIKE THE EXTERIOR OF MY LEGS IS SMALLER and the gap between my legs is smaller than before not a lot but still I mean i only did 2 weeks so now i think i'm gonna do rhis for the rest of my summer holidays and gonna tell you the final results Weights: 65 ALMOST 64

Hey guys!! I'm taking my health more seriously now n I'm going to do this workout n see if I'm able to make any difference. Day 1: ✅ Did this workout n before that 10 mins gentle stretches. Day 2 : ❎ I wasn't able to do any workout today. I did a lot of stuff yesterday so my body is paining but I'll continue from tomorrow for sure.! Day 3: ✅ It does seems like an easy exercise but it makes you sweat a lot. The energy is still on... Doing shirlyn"s beginner pilates then doing this current video for legs and lastly a leg stretch small workout ! I/YOU/WE can do it ! Day 1 done day 2 done day 3 done ( was paining a bit in the thighs but this means its its working! ) Day 4 done Day 5 done ( the pilates feel much easier than day 1 ) Day 6 I missed a day ;-( So guys a quick update . I missed 3 days 😭 so I'm gonna restart the streak. Sryy Ps if you are Reading this comment to k if it works , lemme tell you it does. Cause i have done her workouts before. буду вести отчет за тренировки ( буду дополнять каждый день до первого сентября) сейчас - 18 июля. пожалуйста, взаимодействуйте, чтобы я не забыл изменять 1. ✅ сделал один раз, весь мокрый, словно из душа вышел, но понравилось. не чувствую боли ни в ногах ни в теле, +сделал ещё несколько тренировок ( около 4-5 ) 2: ✅ сделал два подхода, т.к. на другре тренировки не было времени:(. с завтрашнего дня добавлю 2 раза кардио ( утром и вечеррм ), чтобы позже увеличить и до 4, и до 6. так же, буду делать 6 раз в день эту тренировку. замеры, ибо ранее забыл, хаха: левое бедро: 58см правое бедро: 58см вес: 60.4кг обсяг бедер вместе: 96 замеры буду писать раз в неделю 3. ✅. сделала 5 из 8 тренировок... была занята :( но бедра явно начали округляться 4. 🚫 сделала отдых, очень сильно болела спина

Aa! Tysm for this workout, i find it really hard to get workouts in because my bedroom is upstairs and i have a very very creaky floor so the fact that i can do this one quietly reallt helps! ❤

doing this workout+another one for 1 month! day 1: ✅ it was pretty easy! day 2: ✅ It got a little harder today but I did it! noticed a tiny difference! day 3: ✅it got easier! tiny results again! day 4: ✅ did it but I got really tired 😣 i saw more results and my upper thighs looked slightly thinner! didn't do for 2 days since I was really unmotivated 😕 day 5: ✅ felt alot easier! I kinda lost the results from the 2 day break but im getting back on track! day 6:✅ did twice! I feel like the more I do it repeatedly I get more results! I can see a little tiny difference! forgot to do for 2 days again 😢 day 7:✅ barely did it since I was rushed and interrupted 😡 I have been noticing results and my thighs have gotten a little thinner! day 8:✅ did it twice! felt easy and went by more fast!
