Nicole I’ve been doing these stretches in the morning almost everyday for the last 3 months and it’s the perfect length for the morning time, would it be possible to make another 10 min stretch routine please? Thank youuu 😌🌟

Dear Nicole, I hope you see this comment. I started following you 2 years ago. I've been doing your workouts for the past year, and picked it up after bariatric surgery. Today, I cried doing this work out because I have seen much improvement in my body. From your calming voice to your inspiring demeanor. As I have been navigating my depression, this is has truly helped me. My goal is to work my way up to one of your 40 minute videos. Please continue this work, it has been so soul transforming for me.

I did not have time for a full yoga practice today so I did this lovely stretch routine instead and really enjoyed it. I welcome more stretch/yoga videos like this, perhaps 20 and 30 mins in length to have a more extended routine when time allows. Thanks again for offering such a wonderful variety of videos to choose from - from the more rigorous and strength building ones to the more relaxing and restorative ones. You are the best, Nicole! xo

This is my absolute favourite cool down 😩 it actually feels like an extension of my workout but in the best way possible- strong deep moves that really stretch the body and brings the oxygen through muscles with all that deep breathing. It makes me feel like I’m being very efficient with my workout time block. I keep coming back! Thank you so much 😊 🙏🏼

Thank you so so much for your videos. Your workout videos have helped me discover muscle groups I didn’t even know existed before they started getting sore! But even as challenging as they are, your format still manages to bring an incredible sense of calm after a busy/hectic day. I genuinely look forward to the days where I can do one of your Pilates/barre workouts in between the other HIIT or strength training videos through the week. And even then, I often come back to this 10 minute stretch routine as my cool down. Please keep them coming! So so happy I came across your channel and hope you gain many more subscribers!
I love this routine so much! Doing it in the mornings or whenever I need a break from work to move my body. I would LOOOVE to see more short videos like this.
This is my first stretch/mini workout since I sprained my knee 2 months ago. Finally glad to say I finally moved my body the way it needs. 😊 I was a bit depressed but this makes me feel better and get me back on track ❤
This is the one video I keep coming back to in moments of lowness. I think to myself 'I don't have it in me' but just the gentle movement and tender strength of this stretch helps me feel better. Sometimes it leads to more energy and an additional workout. But even on the days when it doesn't, emotional stillness is always the result. This has become a meditative practice for me and I have eternal gratitude for this video and for Nicole. Nicole, I don't know if you'll see this or take suggestions but here goes: Would it be possible to do a gentle stretch video like this but with your signature dancer inspired flow? I usually do a 12-3-30 workout at the gym and then follow one of your videos from the weekly schedules. I was especially exhausted today and then I saw that the video on the schedule was a 40 minute full body workout, and that didn't feel right for me so I opted out for this instead. I'm proud of myself for learning how to listen to my body :)

I know I'm out of shape, that's why I've started working out at home, but ma'am...idk if I was doing these wrong or if I need to find new workouts, but omg, my muscles feel more used after this than they did after my workout 😅 I look forward to this getting easier, slowly but surely hehe thank you for your hard work and for sharing this with us!!

This is the best 10 min stretch routine, it's really for full body and perfect pace. Who feels for more, can add some extra streching at the end or between moves, but it's perfect like this

Hi Nicole, This is a lovely stretch flow and I enjoyed it very much! I would definitely appreciate a few more of these stretch flow routines as a nice complement to the more challenging core and full body workouts that you offer. I would also love a 10 minute video (or two) to work out our arms as I definitely need to build some arm strength in addition to core strength. I am doing the Mel Robbins morning: Wake up and get up Brush teeth and high 5 me Make bed Drink glass of water 10 min walk I wasn’t enjoying the walk. So I’m doing what I do love, pilates and stretching. This was perfect for starting my day.
