I really enjoy your 10 minutes workouts! This was a nice switch to my routine. I have my favorites of yours that I do at least 3 times a week. I have a few of your 10 minute ab workouts, leg workouts, and arm workouts that are part of my regular routine. :) :) :) Your workouts are encouraging and enspiring. Thank you very much!

I am in my 50s as well and love the workouts! But I do have to hit the pause button when moving from one position to the next , and sometimes do less reps-I can't quite move as fast as Maddy😂😊 But I still get the benefits for my age❤

OMG Maddie an absolutely PERFECT workout! Was doing a stretch one when this popped up! 🥰. Here’s why this is perfect: - each exercise is 1 min - no repeat (although repeats are fine too ☺️) - light weight - no breaks - 10 mins So easy to get this in on a lunch break and still feel like I’ve had as effective a workout as a 20 min arms one. (And can get in the quick 4 min Message in a Bottle abs!). This will be in HIGH rotation for me on arms day. Perfection Maddie!! 😍

I've been doing this and the five-minute toned arms workout regularly, at my own pace, and have noticed a tremendous difference. I can finally do both without stopping, and my arms and shoulders are looking great. These have become two of my favorite quick workout videos. Thank you!

I have a 1 year old and haven't been able to make it to the gym much since I've given birth. I recently canceled my gym membership because I've had so much success following your videos. I can work out during my babies naps. People have been complimenting how great I look since I've had my baby.

This kind of thing is PERFECT for me- Im 8 months pregnant and really having a hard time working out- I was so sick in the first two trimesters and doing my normal workout routine totally wrecks me.. A walk with my dog and then a nice quick light arm workout is perfect! Thank You so much Maddie! Also I was secretly looking for your engagement ring- I dont wear my ring when I workout either but wanted to say Congrats Girl!! Miss your vlogs- but so thankful for these videos!!

I'm a student and since we're approaching the end of the school year, I've just kind of completely lost motivation LOL. I don't have the energy to wake up early enough to do a 40 minute workout, so these ten minute ones have been great for keeping me active but still letting me get rest! Thank you Maddie!

Maddie, what a great and intense workout. I absolutely felt the burn, but very happy I did it. Thank you for all the great workouts. July 18, 2022 P.S. I had a hard time deciding between the Cuisinart ru-vid.comUgkxbHS6iDzgurU5HDfOQwM9gHX0K703-UyJ (rated # 1 by America's Test Kitchen) and this KitchenAid hand mixer. After receiving the KA, I inserted the beaters and turned the KA unit on in the air. The beaters seemed "wobbly" and I was worried that I may have made a mistake. Then I actually beat egg whites into a meringue (a good test) and found that they whipped up much quicker than usual. Now I think the "wobbly" beaters are built to orbit that way to improve the mixing. The "slow" start is a nice feature, too, and it keeps a thin batter from splashing out when the beaters are first inserted. Because there is little splashing, I find that it's also easier to clean this mixer. About two weeks after purchasing the KA mixer, I was delighted when I read that this year the KitchenAid is rated #1 by America's Test Kitchen! Official validation for my own good taste/instincts.

This work out was perfect for me!! Ive been starting to go back to the gym regularly and in between work out days I still love to stay home and do some smaller at home work outs and this was a killer!

Very nice fast workouts for those of us that don't have much time, I do it 3 times a week before going to work and after some of your 5 minute warm ups and 5 minute streching. I alternate this routine with your 10 minute leg/glute workouts. 😊

Starting a new work out plan, I’m a couples ambassador for a boudoir photographer, my first shoot was amazing, gave me to motivation to lose weight. I have no thyroid so it’ll be hard but I love your workout videos so I’ll be using them a lot.
