These exercises make so much sense and I feel bad that more people are not aware of the damage conventional shoes are doing to our feet. Thank you for your efforts in bringing this to the masses. I have the soulmate and use it as part of my workout routine. I also love the balance exercises. As I get older, that becomes more and more important. I cringe when I see older people wearing those heavily padded sneakers. No wonder they have a tendency to fall. It's not normal.
