I love how there’s always a little bit of strength training sprinkled into your classes, but what I really appreciate is your empathy because not all transitions are easy🥰
Well, I hate it cause I cant do it all...thats hard but i love it cause its a challenge. I will return to this one till I can concur it. Thank you for giving that challenge.
I struggled a lot with this one *cries* but as I was feeling demotivated I told myself I'd try this class a few more times and see what difference it makes in a few months U_U Still, I tried my best
Did a 17 k difficult hike and I was hoping for something really easy for the day‘s yoga - of course it was abs 🥴🥴I was dead tired but loved the flow anyway!
Yessss, definitely feeling the heat :) the pistol squat was unexpected but good challenge a great way to wake those legs up ! Thank you Liv, day 4 done, and I'm looking forward to the day 5 xxx
The pistol transition was too much for me as a newbie and I did not understand if there was any alternative suggested. Anyway boat pose is a great challenge and I loved the general plan of exercises today cause I tried some new skills. ❤❤❤
Great way to end my day after a long day of walking round Whitby for our 1st day of Hols! Thought I won't be able to do those transitions but I somehow did it! Yay! 🤸♀️🤸♀️
Day 4 done, thank you Liv! Recently i quite struggle to hold a lizard pose because my knee (whichever leg that stay on the back) always feel a lil bit hurt, except if i put my knee on the mat. Perhaps you can create a video for sensitive knees after day 10? :D
Not torturous at all, yet a bit hard with that 'mean' transition-pistol squad! Ouch! - and the kicking the legs frowards... I had never done that! Loving this challenge! Thanks a lot! 😘
This one was definitely pretty challenging but also fun - this is a core workout I can actually enjoy - just might have to retry these tricky transitions once again in the future...😄
Holy cow! Very challenging. I thought I had good core strength until I did this. Definitely saving to practice and build. Btw, I love all the little tips of where to squeeze. It really helps.
Thanks Liv! This is a tough one and I experienced that I have different levels of strength in each side. That’s something to work on. 🤩. Will do this again. See you tomorrow 🙏🏻
Today was so fun! I surprised myself by being able to thread my leg through my arms from lizard but wasn't able to get back to lizard very smoothly - maybe next time :)
Great class! Those transitions into pistol squats were definitely a surprise and didn't manage them too well. I'll keep on practicing this one to improve! Thanks, Liv!
Another perfect pick me up flow! really liked the lizard - step through (what is that one called?) transition! Will start incorporating that one into my flows :D
Thanks for a great sequence, what is the anatomical basis for struggling to keep the heel on the floor for poses like pistol squat, skandasana? I'd like ti break it down - have found that helps me relearn/progress quicker.
So I was a little awkward doing the transition with the leg to the front, but I managed it. My heel came up, but I’m good with that, too. I was able to pull the leg thru to sit on my bum, so happy with that, also! 🤣 Thanks so much!
I was a little nervous about this one because my core strength is definetly not the best, but I actually really enjoyed it!! Some transitions were a bit tricky for me, but I am excited to come back to this practice often :)
This rock 'n roll was sooo fun :D! I am doing this challenge with my boyfriend and we don't have a lot of space in our flat so all balancing poses gets even more challenging :D Everyday transitions are getting more wild :D
