I pulled a muscle around my knee doing this video. I think I pushed too hard putting my hands under my feet and straightening my legs while standing. My heels kept lifting and I pushed them down and my left side was strained. I don't usually force stretches in yoga, but it's my first time doing a mobility workout and I wasn't keeping that in mind. I hope it heals quick because I can't bend my knee without pain behind it and I can't try again until it heals :(
