I’m really enjoying these classes and you’ve hands down become my favourite instructor - it’s amazing how much you can put into 10 minutes without it feeling rushed in any way.

Another great 10 Minutes! 🙃 Struggled to do some really energetic bunny hops because I was to afraid to accidentally fall over - Any tips or modifications maybe for this one? 😅

This was really intense! I love the transition from low lunge to standing and back. It's quite a balancing challenge 🙈😎

Loved the bunny hops at the end! I surprised myself that I was able to do it gracefully without fear of plopping over! 🙌🏼❤️

Standing up from lunge was very humbling today. I wobbled quite a bit and it was not very graceful. Really enjoyed it nevertheless! Also, your socks are freaking amazing!

I definitely do not think that I can do bunny hopes very smoothly 🎉 Thanks again Liv, for making things energectic and accessible 🙏🏻 Maybe one request for your another series, I live in gmt+3 timezone, and the posting time of your videos is almost my lunchtime😅 I know its impossible to suit everyone but maybe you can think to post them a little bit earlier :)

Interesting one, although I was unable to do any of the hops :D Maybe for 0,01 second... But a lovely challenge, happy to have completed a week of daily yoga!

Again, a lovely challenge but not too demanding. I wanted to start this challenge with you but I just had a crappy week and was feeling really unmotivated. I just did the series to catch up and I feel really great and excited for the rest and to try more of your videos and workshops!! Thanks for sharing 🌸

Some challenging transitions in this one! I also feel this class can be excellent at the end of a leg workout. It's a real yoga workout itself! With nice stretches, too. Couldn't ask for more! Thanks Liv!!

I think the bunny hops are my favourites for working towards handstand now. I always struggle to get my hips up, but it felt like the bunny hops helped!

I really liked day 7, ending on bunny hops was a fab, fun challenge, mine need some work and not so graceful yet but loved being able to try. I think this is what I’ve enjoyed the most in all the sessions so far, there is always something within each class that will make me sweat that bit more or be that more daring too. Loved it. 😊
