This makes the "only ten minutes" worth it. Being a mom of 5, I don' t have a lot of wiggle room. This one has me going away with the feeling that I was truly burning and giving itmy all
I’ve commented on this video I think two times already but I wanted to come back and say thank you so much again! I have done plenty of different arm workouts from other people on RU-vid, but I always end up coming back to this one. I started working out at the beginning of summer, and since then, I have definitely seen a lot of difference in my arms. Thank you so much!! You are such a blessing and I hope you have an awesome rest of your day today! ❤❤❤
@@nourishmovelove thank you for your positive motivation! So, started out slow since I haven’t ran in a while… ran straight one mile, great pace and speed walk 1/4 mile!!! 👍
I’ve been doing this every day for about a week now and I can definitely see a difference! You have great motivation! My arms are on fire after I do it every time! 🔥
@@nourishmovelove of you did not disappoint. I did this after a 6 round kickboxing and 5 minute core workout. GREAT ending to a full body workout today. Plus did your upper body stretch workout recommended in your comments. Thank you for the awesome workouts. 🥊💪
Oh, my goodness this was spicy. My arms were burning with that last move. This video was combined with others on my workout calendar. I am so determined to get back into shape. Thanks for a 🌶 workout.
10 minutes is better than no minutes! I found your workouts a few weeks ago and loving them. I've been focusing on your DR core recovery plan and adding 10 minute arm and legs in along with 10 minutes of stretching. Thanks ❤
This was awesome! Love having targeted short videos to add on or if I’m short on time. Also playing around with leg days/arm days if I have a more flexible week. On the other days it’s your full body vids which I love too! Thank you for all you do
Loved this quick workout. Injured my ribs last week, so I'm a little limited with workouts. I was able to use 10-Minute Dumbell Arms after walking, and modified to use lighter weights, and added on squats for a little extra I can't wait to get back to following your workout plans that I receive in my email. Thank you!.
Thank you so much, Lindsey, love this one!! I am a dancer and small workouts like this are a perfect thing to do on a non-dance day to stay in shape. Thank you so much!
I did this sweet little workout with a run Lindsay; you're right, it was awesome! Thank you very much lady; you are very much appreciated with all your fantastic workouts and motivation💝
You are awesome! Thank you for this video. I not only got a good, quick, easy to modify workout, you also brightened my morning with your positivity and energy. Looking forward to working out 'with you' again! Thanks again!
I love you and your workouts You are such a motivator and I love your enthusiasm! Its intoxicating. I get a very good workout and I'm only able to do about 75 % of what you are doing. Imagine if I could go as hard as you do! WOW WEE- look out world! Keep them coming!
Omg this was though😳. Yup, you got me!! Although I did this after a 15 min HIIT I used my 10-12 lbs, how in the world do you that with 15 lbs?? I’ll get there one day haha. It was such a struggle tho 😂. I’ll come back to this one for sure, 10 mins!! Perfect for school.
Hi Lindsey, I just discovered your videos two weeks ago and love doing the exercises right along with you. You do an awesome job of keeping me motivated throughout the videos. Thank you so much for creating these videos for everyone.
This arm workout is SPICY! You might try this 10-Minute Beginner Cardio Workout for an all standing option! -- ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-mThKHP98szg.html
I just started taekwondo and my arm are so weak to do the knuckle push-ups and I have a test coming up and you need to do 20 an just doing this once I can feel the difference thank you!!
@@nourishmovelove turns out I have covid - tested positive yesterday so am now in 10 day isolation. I feel ok - just a bit weak and not allowed to workout till 16 August ):
I have been doing this for 5 days and I’m really enjoying it but find my weights a little too light, I want to add tone a definition but not bulk, is it ok to increase the weight slightly?
Yes! Increase your weights if they are feeling too light! You want the last 2-3 reps of an exercise to feel difficult -- that's how you'll know you chose the right weights.
Yes! This is a good one to try but you know your body best! You can always add a chair and try these arm exercises from a seated position and take extra breaks as needed!
