I’ve commented on this video I think two times already but I wanted to come back and say thank you so much again! I have done plenty of different arm workouts from other people on RU-vid, but I always end up coming back to this one. I started working out at the beginning of summer, and since then, I have definitely seen a lot of difference in my arms. Thank you so much!! Loved this quick workout. Injured my ribs last week, so I'm a little limited with workouts. I was able to use 10-Minute Dumbell Arms after walking, and modified to use lighter weights, and added on squats for a little extra I can't wait to get back to following your workout plans that I receive in my email. Omg this was though😳. Yup, you got me!! Although I did this after a 15 min HIIT I used my 10-12 lbs, how in the world do you that with 15 lbs?? I’ll get there one day haha. It was such a struggle tho 😂. I’ll come back to this one for sure, 10 mins!! Perfect for school.

I have been doing this for 5 days and I’m really enjoying it but find my weights a little too light, I want to add tone a definition but not bulk, is it ok to increase the weight slightly?

Yes! Increase your weights if they are feeling too light! You want the last 2-3 reps of an exercise to feel difficult -- that's how you'll know you chose the right weights.

There’s a more recent workout where you wanted to say “shoulders chest and triceps” but it came out “striceps” and I always call them that now (:

After this workout I’m questioning my strength level I couldn’t reach 12 reps but I’m sure I’ll improve by the time

Yes! This is a good one to try but you know your body best! You can always add a chair and try these arm exercises from a seated position and take extra breaks as needed!
