I’ve been doing your workouts for years… I’m a homeschool mama of 5, I always fall off during pregnancy and pick back up after baby… I cracked up with “put your hand up on my hip when you dip, I dip, we dip” because my youngest always has his hand on his hip when I’m holding him so I CONSTANTLY sing that walking around with him (shows my age 😂). I love your workouts, I was always a competitive athlete and keeping up with your pace is always my motivation! I can do them when everyone is sitting and eating breakfast before we start our day, you have blessed me and so many with your positivity and encouragement. You and Rachel are a great team & I often find myself inserting my thoughts into your convos 😂 also, my little ones like to come up and do the moves or better yet, they like to “coach” me 🤪
I have been doing your programs for over two months now, between your Beginner program, Diastasis Recti, several additional core videos, and now your Strong 20. This work out video is by far my absolute favorite! Your whitty humor throughout the video kept me going with a smile on my face. Now I'm going to go proceed with my day continuing to have 'Da Dip stuck in my head 🤣🤣🤣

I don't have a lot of time with kids and work. These 20 minute workouts leave me feeling (sore) but stronger each time. I am very thankful for these and for the chance to get physically and mentally tougher! Thank you!

Crushed day 2!!! My arms feel so strong!! I can do anything for 30 seconds! (except tricept dips lol!!!) YOur energy got me through it! Great 20 minute workout! My arms should remember this tomorrow!

Excited to do this program! For some reason the 20 minute time limit feels so much more doable than 30, which helps if trying to do it everyday. Woohoo!
i’ve been doing this program for 3 weeks and i love the 20 min format so much! i have depression so it is pretty hard for me to keep up with longer programs, and I want to keep moving so these kind of videos always help me to stick to my goals since they’re shorter
Wow!! Started this program when I was pregnant and didn’t even know it, and now coming back to it 9 weeks postpartum. Such a full circle moment🫶🏽 but DANG are you right that strength training is humbling after injuries or postpartum😅 I loved it 👏🏽 hopefully I can carry my baby today after this😂
