I appreciate the much better qualty of you speaking "onto" the video, and not in it. And also that you dont speak more than needed, so it enables me to wind down mentally as well. Thank you, girl!

Can you make a video for upper back, shoulder and neck pain. I work o a desk all day and would love to have something I can do for 10 mins couple times a day. Right now I'm doing heart opening to fix my posture 🙂 Also want to let you know that you are my favorite online yoga instructor and your videos are helping me every day to feel better ❤
I know this might be a small thing, but one of my favourite things about most of your videos is that you don’t include music. It’s always been so distracting and if there’s one thing I can ask, please don’t stop the non-music ones!!! ❤❤
That was great! However, is it possible we just slow it down a little bit for us old men lol. I was having trouble keeping up but your videos have been helping my hip and back problems.
I'd also like to add: now that I've done the whole thing in the evening, I realised I could barely hear you, it's just too silent :) dont have this issue with other videos
