Hi Deborah, here are a few stretches to work up to frog pose: - Seated butterfly: Pressing your elbows on your knees to deepen the stretch + increase flexibility over time - Half frog: Similar to frog, but with one leg at a time (we do this one in this class) - Supported frog: Rest bolster(s) under your torso to control the amount of pressure you're exerting on your hips. I recommend starting with 2 or 3 bolsters, and gradually removing them over time as it gets easier. I hope this helps! And Mocha says thank you for the compliment! 🥰
I'm a veteran with chronic fear and chronic pain no doc can figure out. I have done this video and the hip one everyday for the last 2 months and I haven't slept this well or been this calm since I was a teen. From the bottom of my heart, thank you.
Today (on my 39th birthday) I decided that I am no longer going to continue living my life with high anxiety stemming from trauma. Today I’m taking back control by treating my mind and body with love and kindness. I will overcome this. Today was my first time doing Yoga and I absolutely loved it. Looking forward to doing more of your classes. Thank you so much for leading me on the path to healing ❤
I'd say it's different for everyone -- whenever works best in your schedule, where you can have some uninterrupted time. I like to do them a few hours before bed because I tend to feel tired after, and I like to spend some time afterward journaling and relaxing, then getting some rest.

Thanks Caitlin, I’ve just started exploring after some recent experiences with aroma therapy & cbd+ I felt I started to breathe deeper and start stretching and it felt so good., especially in hips etc. Then I came across your videos😊 really helpful. I like the pace and style and trauma informed. I feel so tight though, but it feels so good, I never experienced this before. Thanks
I’ve just recently discovered your videos! I have been doing yoga for several months now, but I tend to rotate between the same creators and same videos. I prefer doing yoga for 10 minutes at a time, so it’s nice to see you have some recent uploads. I also appreciate your calm voice and visuals. I prefer when people speak softly so it’s been really nice to discover your videos!

Your dog... He's the replica of mine old senior who passed in October. I bawled this entire video after your dog came on screen. It made me think "oh! There you are Cano. You didn't die. You just had to go rescue this other gal, be her soul-dog now, be her good boi! Mama misses you - but I'm happy to see you." Cano used to do all of the same things your dog does ... Super glad to have found this video. So I can come back and see Cano on occassion. ❤
Cano was 15, I rescued him from a horrible situation. He was my little shadow. Dogs are the best gift on the planet and we are lucky when they choose to love us ❤
Thank you for your practice, and double thanks for your dog. I just remembered how my precious baby use to interrupt me while my practice. I haven't seen her for 2 years now, she's with my parents in occupied part of Ukraine. Whan I left, I didn't think it would be for so long. And now due to war I cant come back. I just hope I will see my dog and my parents someday
