Hey y'all! Today's video is a 10 MINUTE FULL BODY STRETCH. The intention of this video is to help you get into a good amount of poses within a fairly short amount of time. I'm currently trying to work on making more 10-15 minute videos. I've noticed I've been making a lot of 5 minute or 20+ minute videos, so I'm trying to work on filling in those holes now. I just jump straight into it on this video, but feel free to do a warmup beforehand and a meditation after if you want this video to be more like a full yoga class. This video should be doable for most, but I also added in some modifications for those who need them. Always remember that you can take a rest any time you need to and come out of any poses that may be uncomfortable or not work for your body.
