Am enjoying your Pilates! Weights have been my go to for years but trying some new things and the Pilates is actually challenging which I was not expecting. I do like that you explain everything. You made mention on one of your segments that you have had multiple stomach surgeries. I have a question, I have had seven children and have a pretty bad distasis recti which I have been told I need surgery for. Surgery Scares me to death! The thought of someone cutting into my skin is just a bit more than I can handle🤮. Do you feel surgery should be avoided if possible or is it something you would do if it were you?

When doing any kind of exercise I never know whether to flex, point or keep my foot relaxed. Right now I'm having this problem when doing side leg lifts. I usually point them when working my legs but keep them relaxed when working my butt. Is that correct? please help hhaha
